Review: Room was big and spacious for family of 4. Receptionist was kind to suggest setting up the tent for kids. nnHowever for us with kids, first 15 mins in the room I was already bitten by mosquitos. I have bites over my legs. nThe next day they came and say couldn’t find any and left us some insect repellent. nnnOur toilet was flooded, and water came all the way out of shower room. nRoom was warm in the middle of the night though they say they didn’t adjust the air condition. Both of These incidenti were similar to a review I read as well. nnThe worst part was finding bed bugs on the 5th day when we were preparing to check out. Attached photo proof. No wonder I had such hard time sleeping
Positive points: Super friendly staff and excellent location.
Positive points: Very conveniently located, integrated with a large IFC mall for shopping, restaurant and general convenience. Great facilities. Modern hotel with all comforts. Good restaurants.
Negative points: Fairly expensive, but not untypical for a 5-star hotel in such central and convenient location.

Positive points: Everything about this hotel is amazing. Every staff member we encountered was polite, extremely helpful, and we definitely felt like treasured guests. Loved the Nespresso pods for in-room coffee, comfortable beds, and luxurious bathroom. I'm still talking about our stay here!!
Negative points: Shampoo and body wash is locked in the shower stall, so there is none nearby if you decide to use the bath.
Review: This is the 2nd time staying at Conrad Seoul. The last time was in 2014. This hotel is ideally for Business Hotel which is far from the city. The surrounding has changed a bit. Hyundai Seoul Mall recently opened on 2021, a luxury mall. IFC Mall establishments had changed too.
Positive points: The staff in general was great and attentive. Great service and positive vibes all around.
Negative points: Nothing particular was bad. The only thing if I have to really say could be an improvement is the location. Not much around just couple of big shopping malls. Really a business district

Positive points: Very clean and comfortable. nStaff was very respectful and always willing to help.
Negative points: The pool was very like class-type. With a lane only for members, another lane only for swimmer and a one and a half or so for the rest. But it’s full of kids and very noisy. Kind of hard to do anything there. I don’t really mind that, but I’d liked to know before buying the mandatory swimming caps. nHad I known, I may have skipped the pool.
Review: Definitely love this hotel but the chair was a bit too squeaky and unstable. Everything else was nice- especially the in room service that runs 24 hours non stop
Positive points: The location and facility of the hotel is good.
Negative points: Two particular incidents made me feel I would not want to stay in Conrad next time. 1) I am a frequent business traveller and i have stayed in Conrad multiple times. Due to some personal reasons that I would need to change my reservation, but the staff was very strong in their denial of the request despite it was still 2-3 weeks away from the actual date of stay and I offered a few options as well it made me feel that the staff didn’t try to help but rather, only tried to close the case single-mindedly. n2) During my stay, for some reason, they deactivated my room card. I used the phone at the floor where I stayed and called the staff for help. Instead of coming up to help, the staff requested that I go down to get my room key reactivates. Once downstairs, I got requested to show the credit card I used for the booking (which I left in my room). I told them it’s not with me and instead I have my passport with me. They claimed that they have to swiped credit card for validation and requested that I go up to the room and bring the card down. At that instant, I was annoyed and asked them why I have to come down again. Later, a manager came and told me that he would go upstairs with me and brought the card down for validation. What I still do not understand is why I need to go through so many troubles for something that’s wrong in their system/database, etc. It made me feel there is no thinking on behalf of the guest and everything is simply ‘this is a rule/policy’. nnMoving forward, really doubt I would be staying on Conrad willingly. For the price it charges, the attitude and service level of the staff is mediocre.
Review: Nice location hotel, integrated with IFC mall and the hyundai mall. near park also. recommended if need to stay around Yeouido
Positive points: The selection of food for breakfast buffet was excellent. Byredo products for toiletries were my favorite!
Negative points: The daily housekeeping needs a bit of improvement.
