Cheonggye Haus

Positive points: Everything I needed was in the room -- full of thoughtful touches. Location is good. I had expected there to be a reception, but it seems the place is mostly run using self check in. But that's fine with me, and communication was easy and clear.

Review: 川沿いで虫の心配したけどそんな気にならなかった。季節によるかな。深夜に酔っ払いが川沿いで騒いで眠れなかった。Hausに問題はない。

Positive points: The staff was friendly and helpful! The location was nice-- right on the Cheonggyecheon and my room had nice big windows overlooking it, though there was lots of foliage already. For a Korean room, though, it was nice to have big sunny windows. Even on a Saturday night, it was quiet at bedtime. I was just in town for a night, but for long-term travelers, I assume the kitchenette and washing machine might be nice. The bathroom was not tiny. Also for longer term travelers, there were some books in the kitchen cupboard.

Review: I loved my stay here and I chose this place because I love the Cheonggyeocheon stream. I feel that the location is convenient because there were many bus stops and it is also near a subway station. Apart from this, Gwangjang market is also a few steps away.. and there are also other bakeries, convenience store and coffee places nearby. My stay here was awesome.

Positive points: The property is only 4 mins walk away from the train station and very close to other provinces by train. nnThe owner was very nice and helped me with my luggage.nnIt was on the cheaper side, some hostels were more expensive. nnHad a washer, no dryer nHas a hair dryer nnHas a microwave in the hallway, fridge, and electric stove top

Review: I stay here for 1 night. Very good location just near metro jongno5 and gwangjang market.. I arrived late and it was dark at the property.. only sensor lights.. room card leave at shoebox.. stairs was little dusty.. room is small but ok.. after shower the water drain very slow.. until I checkout I see no one at all it's little weird.. as my opinion there are many option out there

Positive points: The room was a good size with all the necessary amenities available. I arrived late, but the staff left a memo at the door telling me how to enter, which was very thoughtful. The guesthouse is located in the middle of Seoul, so it was very convenient getting around too.

Review: The room is cozy and comfortable. It has good wifi and nice private bathroom. nLocation is nice. It is just across Cheonggyecheon stream and very near Kwang Jang Market.

Positive points: Just okay. An old building. Don’t expect too much it has the basics you need.

Positive points: The location of the hotel is very close to the subway station, and it’s very convenient to change different subway lines. There are also 7-11 and other markets nearby. It is quiet at night. The basic room I booked this time includes a washing machine which is very considerate. The owner of the hotel responded to messages quickly and kindly. The owner also helped me keep some of my luggage when I went to other cities in the next few days. It was a great accommodation and highly recommended.

Positive points: The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is about a five-minute walk from the subway station. Although the room is a bit small, it is quite comfortable to live in. The owner of the hotel is very kind, responds to messages quickly, and is very helpful.

Review: Very good location as closed to bus stop, airport bus stop, metro station. Is always I first in mind place whenever I'm travelling alone to Seoul.

Positive points: Price and Location

Positive points: For a small room, it had all the basic necessities for my short stay. The location was ideal as it was near the local market and the cheonggyecheon stream. There are a lot of choices to eat and conbini nearby. Bus and train are within walking distance. There is no elevator and the stairs will be a problem if you have heavy luggage. However, I was okay because someone was able to assist me.
