Review: All other things are superb: cleanliness, staff are friendly, location is great> I just didn't like that we had to go to other floor or find an area with a good internet connection instead of browsing social media sites while lying on the bed. That is too much hassle!!!
Positive points: Tub
Negative points: 2130 at night someone opened my door unannounced. Luckily, I had the clasp lock on so they could not enter. This was quite disturbing. Makes me wonder what would have happened if I was not there.
Review: The staff quoted the wrong price for the Ba Na tour, and the manager is not aware of the company's tour prices. The Wi-Fi on the 4th floor is OK but 5th floor is very weak and unusable. I have reported it, but no one has fixed it, and there has been no improvement.
Positive points: The staff were friendly.and helpful, the room was comfortable. There was no AC or fan in our room, although with the window open the temperature was fine. Amazing hot shower. It will take about 20 minutes to walk to town centre and it is a lovely walk.
Negative points: Our room 202 was directly under the reception so there were times when we could hear people walking around.

Positive points: Good value I guess. Really good location for us - right near Han Market and Han River, 15 min walk to Dragon Bridge & Cham Museum, 20 min walk to Son Tra Night Market.
Negative points: This was our least favourite of the 4 hotels on our trip. No breakfast. Quite a sterile atmosphere - reception staff rarely acknowledged guests. The TV in our room was faulty and unwatchable. Some mould in our bathroom. No pool and not aware of any other facilities.

Positive points: We were there for one night, location for us was ideal, close to the street market and Dragon Bridge. We left very early for an onward flight.
Negative points: Hotel itself was dated and rundown. The rooms were clean but our chair had obvious stains and you could see damp patches on the walls. The showerhead had been put in an unsuitable holder and sprayed the water right over my head onto the wall at the end, ended up all over the floor, flooding the bathroom. Ok for a one night stay, if we were there for longer I would’ve wished I’d booked elsewhere.
Review:
bellboy who handles the luggages was rather rude. The hotel is located in a small alley, which can get rather dirty especially when it rains. The towels are terribly worn out and have
visible stain marks, so do the bedsheets. Just don't have too high expectations.

Review: It was my first hotel in Da Nang after I land and it was located at a very good location. Very easy to go shopping and Han market and very easy to walk to other places as well. Staff were friendly and the stay was definitely good value for money. Fyi, they don't provide ironing
Negative points: Beds are bad aircon was noisy the room was out dated.
Review: It was a nice and comforting stay in the Center Hotel. The facilty was at a good location and staffs were very nice and helpful. I would recommend for couples to consider Center Hotel while in Vietnam.
Negative points: Room was weird huge glass window between toilet and bedroom, crazy
Review: Very helpful staff especially the lady staff on morning shift. She helped us to called the non-English speaking customer service to confirm the pickup timing, as the driver was late. The room was clean, spacious and bright. Coffee, lotus tea and bottled water were provided. The cons were poor in-room wifi and bathroom with bathtub. The floor can be slippery after shower as the bathtub was leaking.
Positive points: Convenience as it is in the center and value for money as hotel is of reasonable price.
Negative points: It's just that they upgraded us to superior room which is good but near to smoking area which I'm allergic to smoke.
Review: No words can express how excellent this hotel was while we were staying here. They will always clean your room and they are very accommodating. Reception is open 24/7 so if you are ever late after partying in the night life of da nang you will still have access to your room without worrying if there are people in the reception.
Positive points: Very good location also the reason I choose it, Center of the Han Market, pink cathedral and also the grading bridge… superb location and good value of money.
Negative points: Toilet can see lots of stained and also the room is a bit old.
