Positive points: Fine apertment located centrally. Nice rooftop terrasse, and a nice apartment at a very good price.

Review: Vị trí rất gần biển, phòng to sạch sẽ. Tuy nhiên không có nhân viên 100%, từ chiều tối đến sáng sẽ không có lễ tân, và xe đi về thì cần tự đóng mở cửa để dắt xe vào. Phòng dọn cách 3 ngày, nước thì chỉ cung cấp 2 chai ngày đầu, còn lại thì tự fill ở sảnh. Đi nhóm bạn thì ok chứ mình đi với mẹ cảm thấy hơi bất tiện so với các khách sạn đã ở

Positive points: The owner of Casa Rosa could not have been more helpful. Language is not a barrier to communication as he has excellent facility with Google Translate. All facilities of the property are accurately outlined.

Review: I had a very relaxing stay at this location. Room was spotless and was walking distance to everything that I needed. The hostess Thuy was extremely helpful and assisted me with any questions that I had.

Positive points: Spacious, tidy and quiet room.
Loved the fact that it was located in an alley, so you avoided all the noise of the traffic and banh bao guy.

Review: The room was clean, beautiful, and equipped with all the amenities a traveler could ask for. The elevator was a great convenience, especially for our suitcases. The location was fantastic, we were able to walk to so many attractions. The girls at the reception were incredibly kind and lovely, always ready to help with a smile. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our visit to Da Nang so pleasant!

Positive points: Good location. Comfortable and big room. Very friendly and helpful staff and host. I arrived late, 11pm. Was no problem at all. Only stayed one night. Good place to stay longer.

Review: I really enjoyed my week at Casa Rosa. It's in a great location, a five minute walk to the beach and endless good cafes and restaurants nearby, but remarkably quiet because it's down a long alley - there's virtually no traffic noise. The room was clean and spacious, with none of the damp smells you often get in this part of the world. The staff were absolutely lovely as well. All of that to say, having stayed in Danang several times in the past, this is the best I've found so far, especially for the price.

Positive points: The room was really big with a comfortable bed, big bathroom and good kitchen facilities. The staff were really friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Yes the room is a bit dark but we could see that from the pictures and they checked with us beforehand so it was totally fine for 1 night. Great location right by the beach.

Positive points: We stayed at Casa Rosa for almost two weeks. It is an amazing place that feels like home. Made so many memories at Casa Rosa and it will forever hold a special place in our hearts. The amenities are great, the staffs are very friendly, and the location is perfect too. To find such an accommodation at the price that's set is a steal.
