Review: On the night of August 24, I made a reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, I parked right in front of the entrance, and one staff member said with a very unpleasant and unprofessional attitude, With parking like that, how can anyone get in? I parked in front to ask where the staff directs cars to park! I'm very disappointed! Such staff should be warned and trained again on how to behave and communicate. Otherwise, even if the hotel is fine with everything, receiving such a comment upon entering will not lead to a good night's sleep!
