Positive points: The staffs were friendly
Negative points: The facility was bad. It was not clean. I even saw one rat and some cockroaches next to the stairs. Our original rooms had smoking smell even though some no smoking notices in the rooms. We saw some cigarette butts outside the windows. nThe replacement rooms had some air-conditioning issues. We decided to move out before we completed the stays. We did not receive full refund for the reservation that we did not use.
