Review: It was great staying at one of the highest hotel in jakarta, breathtaking views and the hospitality was superb. But i think the access to the basement should be easier by giving the clear signage

Positive points: Nice and clean up, good location with wonderful view all together make it exceptional.

Negative points: 2 things required more emphasis the breakfast buffet needs more options, the other one it was my mistake making extra day for the reservation stepped to the front desk to fix this issue they were not helpful although as i said it was my mistake making extra day in the beginning

Review: Stayed in the two bedroom suite. Luxurious, spacious cozy modern with fully equiped kitchen including dishwasher. Washing machine and separate dryer . Two large bathrooms. Next to Agora mall with some nice upscale restaurants and cafes. Fantastic panoramic view on 77th floor. Location is ideal as it is in heart of the city and a 5 minute walk to best mall in Jakarta - Grand Indonesia. Hands down best hotel to stay in Jakarta.

Review: First of all, I really recommend this hotel for the attentiveness of their staff right from the person who helped open our car door, the receptionist at the check in counter, the bellboy who helped send our luggage to the room, room service and housekeeping. Every interactions were lovely.nnPARKROYAL is connected to a new mall with cafes and restaurant, plenty of stores to explore. The Hotel is also a walking distance from Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia. If you don't feel like walking, there's also shuttle service provided to send you to nearby malls. nnI appreciate the quietness of the hotel. We rarely bump into other guests and our 3 nights stay feels really private. n

Review: Really enjoy with the view from our rooms.nWe stayed at 81st floor and the panoramic view was spectacular nThank you for the barista at lobby area especially Mr.Sejahtera. Positive points: New hotel very modern with great facilities . Staff very helpful and kind. Good selection at breakfast and yummy Omelets.rnViews from pool area of Downtown Jakarta are amazing and the room views not bad too^^. Having a washing machine in the room (that washes and dries) is also great convenience.

Negative points: Entrance to the hotel from main street is down a side street It can be hard to find by vehicle or foot but it's a tall building so just look up.

Positive points: high rise building with amazing view, simple and luxurious interior design. smell nice in the all area, next to small mall and very homey services staff.

Negative points: the AC controller always error, somehow we can’t set the temperature. the window are very dirty, we can’t see view clearly. the access from basement parking to lobby are not comfortable. the 2 door entrance for entering lobby was akward, small door with x ray machine, cramped, dark, its weird😂
