Review: It’s not far from Sinchon station. Nice place and good service.
Review: The location is very convenient — just a short walk to the subway station. However, the hotel itself was quite disappointing. It’s not new, feels rather old, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. The facilities are outdated and not well-maintained. If you’re only looking for a place to sleep with easy access to public transport, this might work for you. But if you’re hoping for a pleasant and comfortable hotel experience, this definitely isn’t the one to choose.

Positive points: Convenient to travel anywhere, near Shinchon station, near many bus stops, walk a little have many restaurants,coffee shop KFC daiso 3 floors(can buy kitchens accessories at here) You can buy something and cook it yourself because in room have kitchen but not have accessories
Negative points: It seemed like there was no cleaning during our stay. Only 2 bottles of water were provided per stay.

Review: The place is not a hotel. Its more like a renovated condo/apartment. I personally wont recommend considering value for money
Positive points: I needed a room in the Sinchon area and this is what I could find with a washer.
Negative points: It’s not a normal hotel. More like private units rented out by an agency (front desk which was I think on the 14th floor). It was really weird. The building itself is old, smelly, and kind of creepy. The units were ok. I only liked that it had a washer in the unit. However, bedding was dirty (we used our own blanket) and tv remote control didn’t work. Also, the tv was REALLY TINY. I wouldn’t stay there again.
