Review: They were lacking communication regarding the hotel taxi service.nThe AC was leaking.nThe towels were dirty and rough. The only redeeming quality was the view, which was recommendable.

Positive points: There are individual bungalows that sit right on the shore. The room and bathroom are spacious and the bed is comfortable. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas and 2 pools. You are steps from the beach. When the tide is in there’s a sandy bottom for swimming and you can snorkel from the beach. A mask and snorkel is available to rent if you don’t have your own. There is boat traffic but they stay in the channel. There are restaurants other than the one at the hotel close by. The food is pretty good. Breakfast is made to order and the menu is varied. There’s a fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. There’s also a bug zapper! Very handy. nThe staff is very kind and attentive.

Positive points: The staff were helpful and courteous. I forgot my watch and the admin contacted me and delivered my watch. Location was perfect- close to every sight i wanted to visit. Would definitely go back to the hotel if i ever came back.

Review: Perfect location on beach front hotel

Positive points: Beautiful beach right out the door. Gorgeous cabins with furnished balconies, two great pools, you feel relaxed no crowds even though it was fully booked. The nicest staff. YOU CAN SEE SUNRISE AND SUNSET FROM YOUR CABIN AND A FANTASTIC VIEW OF MT. Agung. The food was delicious. Great location to restaurants and a spa.

Positive points: It is close to the harbour. Beautiful villas right on the beach. Spacious. We arrived on my birthday. The staff decorated our room, gave a cake and sang. They made me feel so special. The food was delicious. Friendly staff who went out of their way to arrange the pick-up the following day.

Positive points: Great hotel, close to the pier (10 min by car) and to the resort /hotel. Beachfront so you could go directly snorkling from the room and see the sunset on the eater.nBeautiful large Roma from where you see the sea and could hear the sound of the Waves to fall asleep. nBreakfast was good and the staff super friendly

Review: To be honest, we loved the pool right in front of ocean. Towels to the pool was appreciated. nRoughly 15 mins without traffic from harbour.nFood was good , but limited menu & allocot complementary Breakfast ( we can choose from menu). Doors were quite clangy. Street dogs were everywhere, even at the restaurant. nStaffs were friendly. Mostly we had a good stay!
