Positive points: This is a must stay location in Da Nang. Mia and Vince were fantastic hosts. Very responsive and accommodating and met all our needs. Highly recommend!

Review: the water pump of Swimming pool is not turned up until we complain many times. fridge was broken initially and we wait so long time for someone come to fix.. but the villa itself is okay

Positive points: Lovely villas, spacious, clean, beautiful setting close to beach. Responsive team to deal with trip planning and great onsite housekeeping staff and chef.
Facilities in the resort that are included (gym, buggy’s to drive you around the complex, one large communal pool) all very good quality.

Review:

1. This villa is managed by an unprofessional agency. Pls spend 50-100 dollars more and rent villa managed by furama resort and villa.
2. Villa is good and well located. But service is soul of any stay. Service here is at its worst.
3. Villa R6 had water problem. There is hardly water flow on second floor.
4. there was no water in shower and taps on Day 1. Even after lot of work by housekeeping , there was little flow
5. There were no toiletries - soap, shampoo. All had to be requested
6. Telephone lines were not working. Was so difficult to call buggy and food.
7. In room menu was given to us on day 2
8. You will have to clean your dishes if you use the villa cutlery and crockery.
9. You are not permitted to use the Washing machine
10. Housekeeping maid has the audacity to scold your kids if she sees them wearing shoes inside villa ( they were clean unused shoes)
11. Very poor coordination by Kate. You can only send message on WhatsApp and wait for reply. She will never pick up phone. After getting frustrated dealing with her when I asked to connect with her boss, she fooled me by connecting with her same level colleague . When I objected , she made a group with third person who never bothered to reply. It also seemed to be a bogus number. Finally I had to depend on Kate.
12. Though it’s 3 bedroom , there is only one double bed, rest are twin beds
13. There is no shower in one bedroom. It has only a bathtub.
14. You will be asked to give a deposit of half a million Dong - don’t know for what.

Positive points: Convenient location near the city center. Large swimming pool, villa near amenities

Review: Everything was good but kitchen was old and dirty..

Positive points: The villa compound is nice with good gardening work. The villa’s kitchen is well-equipped. There were helpers helping us checking and got what we need

Positive points: Stayed in a 4 bedroom, 3 level Villa for 5 nights. Interested persons should note that the Villas are slightly separated from the main ‘Hotel’ side of the resort.
POSITIVES:
• Great communication from Mia at Danatrip who manages the Villa on behalf of its owner
• As far as the major resorts are concerned, the location is not too far from the main city though it would still be a challenge to walk to parts where there are more street vendors, cafes and restaurants – you will otherwise have to eat at the Hotel side or order through Grab. There are also a few mini marts across the road.
• Private beach is breathtaking with beautiful soft sand and clean, shallow water. Perfect for kids.
• Great gym, Villa pool and central pool.
NEGATIVES:
• Villa itself is spacious (huge!) but is tired and a little run down.
• Noise, noise, noise – from random hip hop concerts (from a nearby mystery location) with music blaring up to midnight, to the constant croaking of frogs in the nearby pond, loud air conditioning and late night parties from other villas – we did not enjoy the peace and quiet we had hoped. Staff did however, respond when asked to quell the late night parties.
• Facilities were mainly on the Hotel side and depending on the agreement the Villa owner has with Furama, you may be hit with extra charges for even simple things like using the inflatable pool toys and towels which can be taken for granted at other resorts. As we weren’t at the Hotel side, we also felt that the service at the Villas weren’t nearly as helpful as that on the Hotel side.

Positive points: Peaceful and Tranquil

Review: This place may not be the most luxurious but the service is better than expected. The staff are very helpful and friendly, even my kids love them. My room is next to the resort's large swimming pool. Usually we prefer to have breakfast at local restaurants rather than at the hotel so I opted for the room-only package. But after arriving and getting advice from Kate, I tried to have breakfast at the villa for one day. Surprisingly the food is really good at a reasonable price. We also enjoyed riding the buggy car around the resort, including the main pools of Furama Resort, the Lagoon pool. The beach is beautiful and very clean. We will come here again!

Review: The staff is very friendly and helpful, expecially Kate is much helpful, she will explain very clearly and very nice. She will help us to settle everything we ask. And we like her very much.

Positive points: Entire property is idyllic. Beautiful villa with private pool. Very attentive staff on call all the time. Well located close to the city
