Review: For a five star resort, it lives up to the billing with great services and amenities. Staff were kind and attentive. Breakfast features abundant local and international menu, with views of the beach. If you’re looking for a luxurious private retreat, then this is the perfect secluded slice of paradise. However, if you’re looking for a more authentic experience of the locale, consider booking elsewhere. While we did enjoy our lagoon villa, which is beautiful with stunning views of the mountains, the resort location is remote and somewhat cut off from the rest of the region, requiring 1-2 hour transport to visit other destinations like Hue, Danang and Hoi An. Good for honeymooners, maybe not so much for explorers.

Review: We chose Banyan Tree as one of our honeymoon destinations, and our experience with this hotel was special even before our stay. Due to a family matter, we had to change our travel timeline at the last minute, but the hotel was incredibly supportive. This kindness meant so much to us during such a difficult time. The hotel itself is unbelievably beautiful, and the restaurant was exquisite. We will forever cherish our experience and hope to return someday to stay even longer.

Positive points: Everything was just perfect - the Villa, the location, the food and drinks, the Spa and activity program … everyone at the resort gave more than their best to make us feel so heartfelt welcome and special. They helped us with every tiny bit we asked of and more - so thank you to everyone to make this a special experience to us. We will definitely come back.

One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary upgrade to a 2 bedroom villa. And we had chance to attend a warm Christmas tree lighting ceremony. It was a wonderful surprise that made our trip even more special.
The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views—a perfect mix of luxury and tranquility.

The resort itself is impeccably maintained, with lush surroundings, pristine beaches, and a peaceful atmosphere. The dining experience was excellent, especially Saffron restaurant, offering a delicious Thai food.

Overall, Banyan Tree Lang Co is a place where exceptional service and thoughtful touches create unforgettable memories. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to return!

Positive points: The Banyan Tree Lang Co excelled at customer service. It was really a five star experience. We didn’t pick the best time to go to Vietnam as it was cloudy most days but the staff and especially our villa host Yen brightened each day for us.

Review: Banyan Tree Lang Co is one of the best hotel I have ever been. Located in hidden calm place and sorrounded by nature. The villa I stayed was spacious enough with private pool. With lemon grass scent, I stayed relaxed during my stay in the villa. Staff there were all friedly and kind, dedicated. I also enjoyed talking with their staffs.

Positive points: Fantastic hotel - great view from the terrace and pool on the terrace, fantastic service. The hotel felt empty even though the staff mentioned a few times that the hotel was busy in the period we were there. The full family loved it!

Review: We enjoyed every moment of our time at Banyan Tree Lang Co. Excellent hospitality and service. Our villa host Mi was wonderful throughout our stay. A big THANK YOU to Mi and to all who made our stay comfortable and memorable: Thang for the smooth airport transfers, Heu Vo and Heu who welcomed us with Mi upon arrival, Uyen and the lovely staff at Azure (we loved the breakfast selections!), Nui for the fun boat shuttle ride, Luu, Ly and the Than Quan staff for the delightful afternoon tea, Quyen, Vu, Net, Twong, Than, Vinh and everyone behind the scenes for their attentive care. We hope to visit again someday soon 🙏🏼

Review: We travelled with our two young children and had a wonderful time at Banyan Tree Lang Co.

The staff were warm and attentive, especially our villa hosts Man and Bich, who took extra care of us. We were able to check in early and check out late due to our flight schedules, and got birthday treats during our stay there.

The villa was clean and well maintained. The view was exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay.

Positive points: It almost goes without saying that the hotel was absolutely immaculate - the sea view villa was exceptional and the facilities were excellent. The beach was powder soft sand and almost deserted! Felt like you could be on a private island! But combine this with a world class golf course and staff that are truly the friendliest, most helpful I have ever come across and you create a magical resort. Our host (Windy) was always (always!) available to make bookings, arrange activities / cars…and super friendly. The restaurant staff went above and beyond every day preparing bespoke regional dishes / request (Nho Le - a special thank you from our family!). I simply don’t understand how the hotel could improve (bigger gym?). Exceptional in every respect.
