Review: Good hotel, but receptionists should be more friendly with the smile
Positive points: Good location, very comfortable and clean, good service, descent view, and good value. Enjoyed my stay
Negative points: Everything was good
Review: Service not good as room was not cleaned for 2 days . When I asked they said that I go to work early so they don’t clean the room. They also don’t explain the policy at the time of check in. Not recommended to stay here.

Positive points: The staffs in coffee / dining areas are very helpful and polite.
Negative points: The staffs at the welcome desk needs to be more friendly and helpful. Your company might want to consider investing in training to them. In my opinion front desk staffs should know is going on in their city to be able to help and advise their guests. I was disappointed.
Review: Room is clean, love to see the view, staffs are very nice talk to costumers. Just need little thing that they should have the safe for people stay for a few days just to make sure that they can feel their stuff are safe at the hotel.
Positive points: Pro: Location. Friendly Staffs. Coffee Shop right in front of the hotel. Rooftop coffee shop. Nice view of the park.
Negative points: Con: Rats in the hotel rooms. Dirty Bedsheets (had to call the housekeeper to change the bedsheets and blankets 2 times). No closet to put the clothes in. No safety deposit box. Refrigerator is small and not cold. Bathroom is super small. The toilet is inside the shower. The room smells moldy and old.
Review: The hotel is in a beautiful location, right in the city center, with clean and nice rooms. The staff is very polite, and the service quality is extremely satisfying. The room and services are good, so I consider the price to be very reasonable. In the morning, there is breakfast and coffee available right at the hotel, which is very convenient. If I return to Dong Thap, I will definitely stay here again and will recommend this hotel to friends.

Negative points: There were so many insects. The doors and windows cannot stop the noise outside.

Negative points: Tôi đánh dấu có yêu cầu xuất hoá đơn VAT, nhưng khi thanh toán thì khách sạn bảo là không có xuất hoá đơn VAT? Rất không đồng ý vấn đề này!

Positive points: Khách sạn có vẻ như còn mới , thiết kế đẹp , nằm ở Vị trí trung tâm ,thuận tiên đi ăn uống vì có nhiều nhà hàng xung quanh (nhưng quán cơm tấm Cao Lãnh kế bên rất tệ và bẩn thủi mất vệ sinh , mọi người không nên vào.) Ks có không gian thoải mái đẹp . Phòng rộng rãi sạch sẽ .
Negative points: Việc có phòng trống cho tôi nhận sớm thu thêm 50 ngàn , số tiền không đáng nhưng đã làm mất thiện cảm của tôi với ks này . hôm sau tôi đã trả phòng sớm lúc 9g30 đúng ra nên dành cho khách thuê kế hưởng lợi sẽ hay hơn là thu thêm 1 số tiền không đáng
