Review: The only thing I concern is dispenser ( is not working well ) and AC linking
Positive points: Hotel is good value. nModern amenities, clean, centrally located, close to eateries. nStaff ok not accommodating as the Aston Hotel and Convention center, but for price decent value. If you want breakfast, the latter is exceptional value.

Positive points: This hotel felt like a great value. The location, cleanliness, and comfort exceeded our expectations. Two of the rooms had an amazing view over the waterfront to the 99 dome mosque and beyond. The rooms were spacious, and spotless. Everything worked perfectly. It is a very short walk to one of the more popular sections of the waterfront walkway.rnrnIt is possible to walk all the way to Ft. Rotterdam and the 99 dome mosque. There are plenty of places to eat in the vicinity.rnrnWe had a car. Parking was tight but adequate.

Review: It is located in a great location but there are some issues I experienced during my stay here.nn1. Towels are very old with small marks and smellynn2. Shower water pressure is very low nn3. Bedsheets are smelly and with many small marks on itnn4. The cleaner's banging and cleaning noise is heard all time which I found a bit annoying nn5. You can clearly hear the noise from the other rooms when they move the chairs nn6. The music can be heard very loudly from Pantai Losari if there is an event

Review: The staff are helpfull
Positive points: Nice, staff very friendly and helpfull. Buffet breakfast was great, lots of variety and always fresh.
Negative points: One room had a small table and chair but the other didn't. We were there during renovations so had to enter and exit through carpark which was dangerous, holes in the ground and scary for my elderly mother.
Review: Very nice place for the price
Positive points: It was a good-sized room that was clean. It was nice having a few English channels. The breakfast was a good one with mainly Indonesian foods.
Negative points: Nothing.

Positive points: Good location. Reasonable price, good size room. Water refill station in the hall.
Negative points: If you like a quiet rook I recommend staying away from the elevator and on the opposite side as Losari Beach. They had music every night from 6-11pm at Losari and even in the top floor it was loud enough to hear it well in our room. Other than that we loved our stay. We didn’t take breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Negative points: No air conditioning on the lobby at the time of check in, it was really warm around 11 am. The staff was playing rock music from his phone while checking us in which was so noisy. The staffs were super noisy in the morning around 8:00 am pushing equipment around and speaking so loudly and when they clean next door it was also super noisy which disturbed our sleep. The soundproof is pretty bad
