10.0 Perfect location for our type of vacation: lots of local sightseeing by foot and lots of local food. - Peter 29-04-2025

Positive points: Close to public transit close to local restaurants including one that served vegan Korean close to a convenience store that could recharge our transit cards, had a great selection of ramen, and a good selection of beer and soju comfy beds good bathroom facilities and a short walk to large market and a large grocery store.

Positive points: A really well equipped apartment, much more spacious than a hotel room - you will find everything you need, even laundry detergent was provided. Perfect if you have a longer stay and want to feel at home.rnrnThe location near the train station is convenient, 24/7 convenience stores are available nearby.

Negative points: The shower area in my apartment was under a sloped ceiling, making it hard to shower standing up. That's the only notable downside though, and the amenities and convenience of the place more than made up for it.

10.0 Perfect place to sleep and to be near to subway - Eddy 05-09-2024

Positive points: I highly recommend this place for all tourist for a lot of reasons. One, it’s just 5mins walk from seoul station where you can take trains anywhere you want to go. The apartment is clean and accessible from a grocery store, coffee shops and train. Next, the place is SAFE - locks and good lightning. The room is very nice and clean, it almost felt at home. The host provided ALMOST EVERYTHING you need from cleaning to hygiene stuffs, towels etc. The appliances are CLEAN such as the laundry and the refrigerator. The bedsheets are clean and the bed is comfy. The host also is VERY RESPONSIVE anytime, very kind and helpful. We highly recommend this guys, its very affordable also and well ventilated. We’ll positively book here again and recommend to a lot of friends.

6.0 Location to Seoul Station is the best part - Deanne 03-09-2024

Positive points: Convenient to Seoul Station, and having three separate rooms was good for our situation. CU at the corner was very convenient.

Negative points: It didn’t feel very clean in the bathroom, and the shower was awkwardly placed. The floor was uneven. We knew it was an older house, but for the price we paid we expected it to be in better condition.

Positive points: I like the kitchen the most. All kitchen utensils are complete. 3 rooms is good enough for our big family of 5 - all adults. The heater is functioning good and always keep us warm.

Negative points: The location of the house is up on the hill. But a very good exercise for us.

Positive points: The host is great and very accommodating. The house had everything we needed, and it was very clean. We are a family of 6 and we had enough space for everyone. The location was perfect for our family to access Seoul Station, too. Highly recommend this spot!

Negative points: It was hard not having a couch to relax as a family, but we weren't in the house enough to really care about that. Otherwise, no complaints!
