Review: Everything are okay except this apartment have no elevator

Positive points: The location was great - close to a local park and less than a kilometre to the beach.
Free filtered water from a tap by reception.
Super friendly and helpful host.

Review: In general it was ok, the apartment is clean etc. The only thing that we did not like- there is some kitchen equipment like toaster. My kids were super happy about it as they really wanted some toasts for the breakfast. Unfortunately it was all mouldy inside, so the kids were very disappointed. I do not understand why this equipment is in such state. Better to take it away.

Review: Everything was fine - there was hot water, Wi-Fi worked, I rolled the scooter inside for the night. Excellent coffee is poured diagonally in the morning. I'll go again.

Review: Nice location, 10 minute walk to beach. Large rooms overlooking quiet street. Design and decor very nice. Down a side street with local minimart on corner and 24-hour marts 2 min walk away where you can grab a beer and snack and sit outside. Beach area was good. Standard pricing for sunbeds and beers beach. Roped areas for swimming which are patrolled by life guards.

Positive points: It was a clean, spacious room on a quiet street. 5 muns walk to the beach. It had lots of restaurants and convenience shops close by. WiFi was good.
The owner was super helpful. We wanted to receive parcels and he allowed us to use his number just in case we were not in.
I would recommend this place

Positive points: For the price i paid, this room was absolutely massive, felt more like a suite. Had closet, big loving room-type space, a giant balcony. I didn't use the facilities though they were great.

Review: Mình đặt chỗ này vì thấy hình đẹp và đánh giá tốt. Ở ngoài cũng xinh như hình nhưng do không có quản gia lau dọn thường xuyên nên phòng khá bí, phòng tắm dơ. Có thể mình đi không phải mùa cao điểm nên vậy. Chủ nhà hỗ trợ từ xa cũng nhiệt tình nhưng mình thấy có người ở đó thì nhà sẽ ấm cúng hơn.

Positive points: The communication with the host was easy and he was very nice and helpful. We liked the stylish and modern apartment and it was very close to the beach. It was easy to extend our stay. We are very satisfied.

Review: Homestay ở vị trí gần biển, ngay khu dân cư nên không bị xô bồ, mà đi ra vài bước là đủ quán xá ăn chơi. Mình ở nhiều khách sạn rồi, nhưng vào Anstay cảm giác rất thoải mái, yên tĩnh, an toàn như được ở nhà vậy, đi công tác mà ngủ rất ngon luôn. Rất đáng trải nghiệm nhé mọi người.

The room is comfortable and the windows are big, so it is well ventilated
The bathroom is clean, too
The bedding is soft, so it's great to sleep in
It's so nice to have a washing machine and a dryer on the five floor

It is really hard to find a house with room condition at this price in Danang So I strongly recommend this place if you are going to stay in Da Nang

If I visit Da Nang again, I will definitely come back
