Positive points: Buffet breakfast was good. The private pool is of sizeable dimensions and very nice to use.

Review: We had to wait 3 hours (group with young kids and a grandmother) for check-in which was not pleasant. Services seem very slow for everything, look like the resort cut down the number of staff. Time waiting for pick-up buggy to food to be served in the restaurants. The VAT invoices also been ingored, I had to make contact twice to be able to receive them. The only plus mark I will give to presented staff, they are friendly and tried hard to overcome the slow services. Hope the services will improve in the future.

Positive points: Spacious and well equipped. Lovely private pool and public pool too. Food was really good with good variety on the menus at the different restaurants. Staff were willing to move us to a different villa away from the main hub by the play pool to somewhere quieter as didn’t have kids with us which was fantastic.

Review: No complaints for the facilities and their services. The villa is newly built and fully furnished. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is good. However, we were feeling not quite private. Paying this amount of money, we expected more private experience. Our villa is near the public pathway and pool so everyone passes by can see us in 'not so private' pool :)

Positive points: Nice staff, good breakfast, nice location but beach erosion not good and lots of neighboring construction - good family hotel

Positive points: The big villa with very good facility.

Review: The villa and facilities were great. However, we experienced a sudden cut of water in the middle of showering time at around 11pm. No one informed us regarding the emergency. Until we reach out to the help desk, they asked us to wait for 15 mins for the water to resume. We waited, however, the water was still not available after 30 mins or so. The hotel offered to bring in water in buckets to us or sending us to another room for shower after 45 mins. However, those options were inconvenient for our family. In the end, we waited until the next day to take shower. There was no compensation for the inconvenience and no explanation on why it happened.

Positive points: Everytings are very good.

Review: Khu vực cầu thang nó bốc mùi từ WC. Cái này do lỗi thiết kế hoặc thi công. Angsana nên giải quyết vấn đề hôi ở khu vực cầu thang lên phòng ở tầng 2

Positive points: Nv nhà hàg bạn nam rất nhiệt tình khi qua giờ pizza vẫn od được cho khách
