Review: A bit discriminatory to local tourist.nDespite being in Lagoon suite and spending alot of money on food for 1 night(100usd+). nWe get treated differently compared to western and russian tourists. nTourists that sat on lobby before me before check in time gets their early check-in, to the point where me and my family was the only group that was waiting in the waiting lounge waiting for our check-in in a hot damp weather for 1 and a half hour. While other international tourists gets their room ready earlier than check-in times. nRoom Phone didn't work despite being suite. Pool was very dirty but it did rain a little bit before so i'll give that some understanding

Positive points: Aesthetically pleasing, calm, near the center. Lovely staff, great food, service and modern rooms

Positive points: Superb staff, exceptional facilities and beautiful rooms. Very good experience with young children although just be mindful of the ponds / pools around as there aren’t any railings. But just keep an eye on the kids :)

Review: Andaz was a memorable stay even for families with young children, food was fantastic especially the breakfast. Staff were accomodating to children and attended to them as well. Will recommend this place as a good retreat with nearby activities such as the new mall (less than 5mins drive away).

Positive points: Best place in Sanur at the moment. Relatively new, feels fresh, beautiful in design and layout, super comfy beds with big tub in the bathroom and spacious shower. We truly enjoyed staying here for 2 nights and wished we had more time here. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay in a revamped area like Sanur that's not as crowded as the likes of Canggu, Seminyak and Ubud. It's also cleaner and more family-friendly.

Review: Andaz Bali is a beautiful and cozy place to stay at. We simply loved it. The staff offered complimentary porridge for dinner after knowing that we had a sick family member. The porridge was delicious. We will return again.

Positive points: . The breakfast was good. Apurva was much nicer than Merasuka.

Positive points: Love the facility, the room & the ambience are nice, quick check in process… The breakfast is awesome

Positive points: as soon as I entered the resort, I could already tell it was going to be a great stay. place was so nice and zen. all the staff members were super amazing and friendly. room layout was perfect and they were super clean. love that they also provide bath bombs?! unfortunately, we didn't get the chance to try out the spa.

Positive points: The room on the lagoon was beautiful. Spectacular large bathroom. Breakfast was wonderful.

Positive points: The resort was gorgeous, very spacious, luxurious and comfortable. What made it extra special were the staff who were always smiley, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was also really good - a must try

Review: No complaints whatsoever. Facilities are elderly-friendly, rooms are so serene. Breakfast was lovely but for technology-challenged elderly people, might be hard to order because the menu has to be scanned. It would be nice if buffet-style breakfast is also offered in addition to the ala carte.

Positive points: Everything was amazing ! And the staff is beyond wonderful
