Review: I do not recommend this property i booked arrived at location for owner to tell me he has booked the room to another guest and his wife didn’t notify him. Waste of time and money there were three of us there with the same problem avoid this hotel

Review: This place is not well known but it's in a really good area, surrounded by loca pho restaurants and cafe. The apartment has everything you need even an electric stove, the building is brand new and the apartments are above the cafe. The owner, like the all staff, are really nice welcoming.

Positive points: Nothing

Negative points: I booked my room and when I arrive to check in they had given it to someone else. I call the number as there was no hotel worker there. The man I spoke to was very very very rude. He said the give to someone else. I explained this is not ok as I had booked hours earlier. There was no apology and he cancelled the call. He would bit answer when I called back. Totally unprofessional, very bad service. It was a massive inconvenience for me as it was a Saturday evening and many hotels were full. It delayed my entire weekend. I recommend no one book with this disorganized and rude place.
