Review: Tip top facilities, treatment and location. Highly recommended for those who wants to shopping area Thamrin
Positive points: Location wise is walkable to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. The room is quite spacious for two people with big luggage. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Negative points: The toilet smells a bit nasty.
Review: As i have to checkout early to catch the 6.30 am train, the staff is very helpful in preparing takeaway breakfast. Tq staff for the good hospitality

Review: For my quick trip, i take this hotel since its nearby to the place that i want to go. The place is close to major malls nearby, clean, good staffs. The downside is I didnt get my room with city view that i paid for, maybe due to i check in 30 minutes earlier. But never mind, the rest are good

Review: I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The bed made noise with every movement, which made it difficult to sleep. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, leaving the room uncomfortably warm. Additionally, the bedsheets had yellow stains, which raised concerns about cleanliness. I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

Negative points: The room was really old, dirty and need to maintenance, so much mold in the room and bath room, dust from the roof fallen, and wasnt really clean and i have an alergy during the 1st and 2nd day, i complined for that and they changed my room, not much better but at least without mold
