6.0 Nothing special, unless the location cuz its in the middle of the town, nearby everywhere - Rusdi 01-05-2025

Positive points: The location is very good, and the staff is helpful when I checked out

Negative points: I was waiting for the key for about 1 hours after checked in since I moved to the another room due to the previous room they were given to me having a terrible smell. I guess its a smoking room or something, but I requested to move to the another room and I have to wait for the key for that long.

Review: Not suitable for family with children. Quite dirty and we can hear people walk/talk at the alley. The water heater not working. It is oky though for business traveller.

Positive points: I purchased the room based mostly on price, but also proximity to the airport.

Negative points: The room is small. I bought it for a friend traveling from a remote location. He said the room was not so clean. The properly literally NEVER responded to any messages from me written in English. In local language, they responded quickly. I will cancel the reservation for his return, and will not stay again.

Positive points: Good location, value for money and close to food stall, kiosk and mini market around the hotel

Negative points: Walls and floors of the room and bathroom so dirty, its like never been cleaned for long. Linen / bed sheet, pillow sheet and towel looks dirty. Need to renewal all the linens and change the bed as well.
