Review: Talking about cleaning zero here. I hate it. I put the sign to clean my room and remind staff at 10am. I came back at 7pm is not clean. Very slippery bathroom floor, quite dangerous.
Positive points: Location was great
Negative points: Outdated bathroom, very uncomfortable bed, dirty curtains and floor, mould, 3 out of 9 switches don’t work in the room, marked surfaces, bugs on the walls, sink was blocked and leaked all over bathroom floor

The receptionist was so supportive and welcoming, she always smiles despite been the only staff there , however the hotel was a disaster, old , smelly, rooms are very small as well , windows are rusty ( hard to open , hard to close ) small cockroach and dirt behind the table , elevator is older and slower than a grandpa .

Positive points: There was a woman who was extremely helpful when I arrived. My debit card's chip stopped working. I was unable to take out money from any ATM. They were kind enough to wait until until the next day for payment as I had to go to a Western Union. Overall, the room was very nice. I had a nice view from the room. I will add the Wi-Fi was stable. There were no power outages as an online English teacher. This was extremely important to me.
Negative points: Before booking, I received regular correspondence with the hotel but after booking when I asked questions through Facebook, they would read my messages and not respond. There was a problem with the toilet flushing, but it was fixed. Be very careful about the food. They offer inside the room when I checked out I was told there were two large bottles of water in the room and more noodles, but I told them no there wasn't and there was no further action. Still on arrival I highly suggest asking them to remove all food and drinks you would pay for take a photo. See you are not accidentally charged. They took photos of the pool from an amazing angle. The pool looks nothing like the photos or the area surrounding it. The pool is very small. I will add the view from the pool was very nice, but the pool is tiny.

Positive points:
2-night stay in DaNang close to the beach and facilities, the room was large the curved full window provided a different city view, however had a musty smell due to not enough ventilation.
The spa bath did not operate, bar fridge was not in operation, I managed to chase the power cord location behind the TV and connect it.
The lift is extremely slow but does the job.
Negative points: Musty smelling room, curved full window requires cleaning, spa bath shoukd be working when saying the riom has a spa bath.

The room wasnt the same at the picture . So i dont know if they do it accidentally or no . So i had no window but still good for the price

Negative points: The sockets are not conveniently located, I asked for an extension cord. The fan vibrates. The sink is clogged.

Positive points: Great location. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The rooms were clean, and there was free water in the room everyday.

Positive points: The staff were lovely, the roof was great! Room spacious and a great view!
Negative points: This was once a gorgeous hotel, but now the price is low, but that doesn't excuse a dirty room, towels were stained, sheets were stained. Windows were dirty , so great sea view but ruined. Yes it's cheap but there's equally cheap places that prioritise cleanliness and the health of their guests.
