Positive points: Hotellier was incredibly helpfull and spoke great english. We showed up with no resavation and rather than booking us through the hotel system, he directed us to booking.com where we got the room for half the price.

Review: Not really a 5* hotel standard I would start with. View of our room (Deluxe window) was the highlight with a panoramic view of the bay. Shower in the bath tub is a disaster and you will put water everywhere. Gym was ridiculously small for the size of the hotel. Really located far from everything so you better have a scooter or use grab. Breakfast was rich and good ! Maybe don’t visit during low season otherwise you’ll feel like you are in a ghost hotel. During high season it must be different.

Positive points: Very comfortable as it is far from busyness of the city. We just like it quiet and relaxing and Alansea did not disappoint. A big plus to the service that they give with a big smile. Cam On!👍

Review: This places is worth the money. Amazing breakfast, scenic views and all facilities (spa, massage, sauna, body care) provided on the spot. The Gym could be upgraded a little bit with few more equipments (like few extra dumbbells, heavier weights) other than that loved the spot. Would come back again :)

Positive points: The staff's service was exceptional. I was surprised that they provided such great service at this price. The room was spacious, with a balcony, and the view was amazing.

Positive points: Great view and sunset! Very nice breakfast. Everything was good, we felt like really special guests! Rent a motorbike to get around or make use of the Grab app of the services of the hotel to get where you want.

It is one of the best hotel I ever been.

Positive points: The pool was fantastic, the rooms were modern, comfortable yet affordable, the staff were exceptional. While the location is not on the beach nor in the city centre, it’s on a cool spot with views of the northern bay, the mountains, and views of the dragon bridge and city from the skybar- another major reason to visit. With that skybar, this place is a standalone venue for good sized events. We made a same-day booking, and we received nothing but above standard hospitality throughout.

Review: ~15 mins from the airport and has an amazing view! Staff were very helpful and polite. Opt for a higher and corner room if you can because the views are well worth it! Great stay all round.

Positive points: The staff listened and made our stay more fruitful. We complained about the air conditioning system, they made the effort to get us fan for all the rooms we booked. The unique thing was they had a triple deluxe room which have already catered for three ppl.
