Review: The shower is quite small. The staff talked together so loud. One young staff did not show her professional attitude, but rude while serving guests at the hot station. She used bad words chatting loudly with another staff while guests were having breakfast. I was very annoyed and did not enjoy my meal.
Positive points: The room was clean and comfy. Reception staff are good at English so no problem with communication when check-in. Other staffs are also nice, especially the cleaning lady is very kind and friendly.
Negative points: The location is quite far from the shopping area and travel spot. (around 30 mins by car)
Review: I often stay at Aiden Hotel evry time I come back to Vietnam and stay around District 6. The neighborhood is exciting and close to everything.
Positive points: The property was located near a market and restaurants. The rooms were very clean, prices were reasonable and staff very friendly.
Negative points: The bed was a little hard for my back.
Review: This hotel is located in District 6, whereas all you want to see or explore is in District 1, it takes 30 min by grab to District 1 from District 6, regretting booking as couldn't cancel it on arrival.
Positive points: The mattress, lighting, design, and overall vibe of the room were fantastic.
Negative points: My friend, who is a foreigner, felt that the receptionist was a bit unfriendly—possibly due to language barriers.nnBreakfast is served from 6:00 to 9:30, but when I arrived at 8:30, some dishes were already gone. A little more replenishment would be appreciated.

Positive points: Rooms are modern, very clean, and staff is friendly and accommodating. They have nice little restaurant with breakfast buffet where the food is very good. nIt has a good location for those who just want to stay overnight after arriving at the airport and continue south so you avoid bad traffic through Saigon (HCMC).
Negative points: There is nothing negative about the hotel that I experienced.
Review: Mình đặt phòng qua agoda nên mắc hơn 100n hơn khí trực tiếp đặt tại khách sạn. Phòng ốc sach sẽ, nhưng tiếp tan làm việc chậm chap. Không có phòng được hút thuốc, bất tiện. Ăn sáng mon lựa chọn k nhíu, tam ổn

Review: This hotel is along a main road. With Highland cafe and a big supermarket nearby. Lots of local food stalls and cafes.nnThe room has a balcony near the road. Not too noisy. Staffs able to communicate with mandarin. Bonus.nnGood selection of rooms type. Only bad is they charge a small fee for credit card payment.nnOverall a good experience staying here.

Positive points: Delicious and variety of buffet breakfast. Very friendly and professional staff. Close to a nice park and large supermarket.
Negative points: It is away from city center.

Positive points: The room is beautiful, and I feel like I got more than what I paid for. I also enjoyed their complimentary breakfast in the morning. Additionally, they have a small pool and gym on the rooftop with a great view of HCMC. The rooms are very clean, and the staff speak English.
Negative points: I had a great stay and can't think of anything I didn't like. It's a bit picky, but I could hear the humming of their HVAC system at night. Maybe avoid staying on the 5th floor? Also, I hope they upgrade to smart TVs so guests can watch Netflix and YouTube instead of cable.
