Review: The location was good for me but may not suit your average tourist. It's a pretty basic hotel in a quieter part of District 6.
Positive points: There is everything not good
Positive points: Near the mall. Affordable price.
Negative points: Entrance is in the garage area. Need more lights from the ceiling.
Review: The staff are helpful but speak no English. Difficult communication even with translation. I stayed in room 301, has a softer mattress. Some rooms have softer bed but not many. Room has basic clean but under bed not been cleaned for months. TV reception bad, black and white. No Hot water later in the night or in morning. If you can get room cheap may be ok for you.
Positive points: The location was ok. The bathroom was ok.
Negative points: Smelled like cigarettes. Stairs to the 4th floor (not suitable for some ppl). Bed not comfortable. Room not clean.
Review: The decoration of the room is really nice. Also the balcony is really cute and i love it. The location of the hotel is not very crowded so sometimes it's hard to find a things like a restaurant and markets.

Review: nI booked in advance and when I arrived they said the room was full, it was 10 pm... luckily there was another hotel nearby.

Review: make sure they clean you room infront of you, I got there and they tried giving me a room that had not been cleaned, the last occupants take-out was still there. They just tried fold the duvet and give it to me, i said no. Took me upstairs to another room which looked clean and found hairs on the bed, made them change the bedding. Water is heated by solar. Thee power so good luck getting a hot shower. The one person who could speak Englsih was nice and friendly. i booked this orginally as i was arriving late from Can Tho, regretted as i arrived on time and it is far from the city.
