Positive points: We were provided with exceptional service by the HANA staff. Prior to my arrival in Vietnam, they graciously reminded me that I could reach out with any inquiries at any time. Moreover, just a day before our BBQ addition, they inquired about our preferences and even prepared 'Kimchi' for us. Their consistent concern for our comfort was evident as they always checked for any inconveniences after our villa visits. Their service was truly top-notch. We're grateful for their thoughtful assistance and look forward to returning. Thank you.

Positive points: Beautiful villa with private pool. The Customer Care staff took great care of us and kept the villa very clean. When we had a problem with a broken sun lounger, they replaced it very quickly.

Negative points: We had no complaints.

Positive points: Liked the property but there was construction going around.

Negative points: Noise due to construction. Property is managed by Furama and Abogo seems to be owning just a few villas. Furama staff do not serve Abogo guests... which is a poor reflection of service arrangement.

Positive points: Excellently located for families on the beach. Well appointed Villas with lots of space with a private pool.

Negative points: For an expensive rental there was very little attention to complimentary items like tea, soap and towels (and maybe a nice bottle of wine) and far too much emphasis with lists and signage on the cost of extras including cleaning fees if we did not clean up after ourselves (which of course we do!).

Positive points: we have a special lovely staff follow our trip and help us book restaurant and all the stuff during stay in hotel , this is really amused experience comparing with other hotel. thanks for your help Hana

Negative points: the hot water is not ok , it will running out after 10 mins , this is not ok. The hygiene need to improve as well.

6.0 The feeling of having been fooled can ruin a stay in Paradise - Guillaume 21-07-2022

Positive points: The two villas we went in, rented under the name of Abogo resorts but located in the Furama Villas Resort & Spa, were spacious and really beautifully furnished: precious wood everywhere, nice furniture, good beds, nice private swimming pool, wonderful and nearly deserted beach at 80 meters, clean sea water, nice shared swimming pools, nice and smiling staff in all the resort (apart at the main reception where they barely speak a word of English and don't know their own place)
A special Bravo for the drivers of the electric cars, nice and efficient.
Restaurants and bars are nice too, with a nice staff there again, and the massages we got in the Spa were amongst the best of our life.

Negative points: When I read my list of positive points I wonder why my stay was not satisfying at all at the end. The answer is: because nothing was simple there as it should have been in that Paradise.
Obviously some owners of these villas (or a company that represents some owners) rent it within the Resort, which makes that if you can use the facilities (and pay extras for them, of course) you are not a guest of this Resort. Therefore you have to use cash everywhere. This is a minor inconvenience compared to the fact that they can do whatever they want with your reservation, which is THE BAD POINT:
We rented for 6 nights a 4-Bedroom Villa with a view on the sea. But the day before our arrival we received a message saying that the A/C of the planned villa went down. Therefore we were going to another villa with no view for four nights, then to a 3-Bedroom sea-view villa for the rest of the stay.
We were not happy, of course, and we asked for a compensation. None was planned, and downgrading our reservation without any financial compensation appeared to them perfectly normal. Then, after we firmly protested they offered a free in-house breakfast the last day.
OK, we really thought that they were going to compensate the fact that we had to move in the middle of our stay by giving us a much better villa, with a very nice Sea-View, like any Resort in any part of the world would have done.
It took us a while to pack, which ruined a bit our day, with a lot of pressure from the staff and the next clients (or the owners?) waiting in the garden. Then we moved 60 meters away, to a smaller villa they didn't bother to show us before, explaining to us that if we climbed to the second floor, we could see some sea...
When I told them they fooled us (there is no other word I think) they offered us a free transfert to the airport, but it was so
insufficiant that we refused, and we also refused the free Breakfast. A real shame.
