Review: The reception is attentive and enthusiastic. The room is clean and beautiful. Suitable for couples. If there are small children at home, consider carefully.

Review: I really like it here, clean, beautiful view, right in the center and easy to move around. The floor in my room this time is too weak, I dare not walk heavily, it makes a scary creaking sound. The price is reasonable and there is a super chill bathtub.

Positive points: Everything was in the standards
Negative points: 1) front office personnel cancelled my reservation while I was in the hoteln2) soap dispenser broken, hard to let them fix the issue and i had to buy my own soap to take showern3) for the price per night, the water temperature in the shower was or too hot or too cold. Not warm/regular hot watern4) faucet for shower was fixed with a screw. Not acceptable for almost 50$ a night n5) Netflix was not set up - front office guy said that he went to my room to put the Netflix account but he didn't. I had to call again downstairs to let the other front office lady come over and fix it.
Review: The hotel has a beautiful view of the river and the city from day to night. The staff is attentive and helpful. I will come back.
Positive points: Hotel has a good location by the river, nice view. Highland Coffee is right next door and McDonald's is less than 1km away. Early check-in is nice.
Negative points: Have stayed at the hotel on a few occasions and always have the same issue when checking out. Requested for a free late check-out of 1pm, it was agreed upon but always ask for money when checking out. The staff speaks limited English and even with Google translation, staff always denied of any agreed late check-out when checking out.
