Positive points: Staff...awesome. They were so accommodating and whatever you needed...they got you. Their driver Fredy...best driver and guide. I spent some time there and traveled over to Java island for a couple of wks...then came back...and made sure to contact him...safe and secure is what anyone wants right while traveling...and this is the spot while in Seminyak. Highly recommended.
Positive points: The bed was comfy. The room is spacious and the facilities are pretty neat and clean, so definitely it's a good value for money. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Wifi worked well and the location is not too bad, walking distance to Seminyak. I love it that they put a handwritten welcome message in the room with 2 bananas and 2 salaks, little things like this always makes a property stands out from the other.
Negative points: - They do not have water gun/bidet. Though I'm fine with toilet paper, but water gun is very crucial for most people. n- It might be nice to have the host present at the property during check in period. They're not there most of the time, tho I found out that they live next door. I think putting a message at the reception desk would work, something like Hey, pls call this number if no one is at the deskn- No sign of the property, so it's a bit tricky to find it. Google map shows the accurate address, but still you got no one to ask once you're at the property, and that could be an issue.
Positive points: Best customer's service, Widi/Rina are really asset to the hotel. Comfy bed. Room is clean good size for a couple on ground floor.
Negative points: 4 star service in one star hotel. The boss does not invest properly for star hotel. No water jug ( no bottle water). No hair dryer, no hand towel, no shampoo, no TV, basic breakfast (no buffee). No ptrap for the hand basin that causes bad smell from the sewer. Cold water shower pressure is almost none. Dim light. Small Air Cond capacity in the high ceiling room.Misleading ad...it is not 4 star hotel at all...
Positive points: Rina is exceptional, she made us feel at home from the very first day.nWill definitely be back whenever we are in Bali.
Negative points: Nothing
Positive points: All of it. Host is vey kind person. While I was staying here, I was so convenient.
Negative points: Nothing
Positive points: Highly recommended place to stay at Seminyak! Good facilities, good service , good staff. Want to stay at this place again when we visit Bali! 🤍
Positive points: The area. Surprisingly the area near to every place that I need to visit.
Negative points: No hot water and the water from the shower just too slow.
Review: The staff are so lovely I highly recommend & very helpful
Review: Stay there over a month the staff are very helpful. Highly recommend
Positive points: super clean, everything is new and the place is getting better and better every day! best hosts I’ve met in my life 😊 great wifi - I had online classes via zoom, went smoothly, no interruptions
Negative points: there is nothing to complain about. the location is a bit far, but if you have a bike it’s no problem - they have a garage ! grab is about 12.000 to go anywhere around, there are also a couple of nice places to eat within walking distance.
Review: Very nice staff very easy to communication
Positive points: The staff were amazing! They were happy to help with everything I needed and made me feel so comfortable and welcome. The room was so fantastic, one of the most comfortable rooms I stayed in across the whole of Bali travelling for 2 months. The location was perfect, everything you need right outside. It was also located off of the main road so it's not noisy at night. nnI'll definitely be back here again. Thank you so much for everything! I highly recommend staying here.
Review: Not 5 star tho but great place Great staff
Review: I’ve enjoyed my stay here
Review: It provides food order, the air con is great, clean and near from attractions in Seminyak. The owner is so friendly and helpful.
