Negative points: This hotel deserves a longer story. The only good thing about staying here was that we had only booked one night and close to metro station. After 3 years of full-time traveling to some very rugged places, I can easily award this hotel the worst hotel ever stayed at.nnThe breakfast is none-existent, when we were there, it was one frozen slice of bread and half jar of peanut butter for the whole guesthouse. Since it was all unmarked, we found out about it from other guests who had stayed longer.nnThe room was as big as the bed (really 4 m2), so there is no place to put your bag if you have a suitcase but also the fact that nobody seemed to have made up the room - blankets, linen and pillows were thrown on the bed randomly.nnBut what was the worst about the room was that it was very hot, between 35-40C (heatwave in August, outside temperature 30C at night) and the AC did not work and was not able to cool the room. We tried to contact somebody from the hotel's staff as the check-in counter was self-service. But none of the numbers provided or in google worked.nnAfter an hour, one of the numbers got back to us and gave another number. We called that number and explained that there is a problem with the AC and it's not working and if somebody could come to the hotel physically to see the broken AC and then maybe give us another room. The guy answering said he would come soon. Problem solved? Not really because after 2 hours, nobody had still showed up. What's even worse is that now all the numbers ignored our attempts to call them.nnFinally after many attempts one of the contacts said: I think AC broken, very sorry, you need refund and cut all further contact. So it appears that the hotel staff knew that the AC was broken but they decided to rent it out anyway. What's even worse is that there were free rooms in the guesthouse at that time (keys in the checkout box), so the problem was easily solvable with cleaning and gving us another room.
