Điểm trừ: The AC didn't well at all.. even though I left it on the coldest setting 24 hours a day the room was still extremely hot. There was a fan which helped a bit but led me to believe that the owner knew the AC didn't work so instead of fixing it he just put a fan in the room... also I was told the room key would be in the door, however there was no room key to be found anywhere. Gili T is a pretty safe island so I just left the room unlocked the whole time. But still something that should be fixed.

Điểm trừ: The roof of the bungalow started to leak, it was full of spider webs, and the air conditioning barely worked. The rooms were very basic. I paid 450,000 IDR for New Year’s, and it was a complete rip-off. I’ve stayed in much better places for less money. Now that the New Year season is over, the price has dropped to a third of what I paid, which makes me feel even more ripped off. The photos of the place make it look much larger than it actually is. nA cockroach fell from the ceiling onto my boyfriend while we were sleeping. For me, it was a real challenge to stay there for 10 nights. The experience was very uncomfortable and stressful. If you’re going to charge triple, make sure your guests are comfortable.

Điểm trừ: I know the owner is going to respond and be like “you were informed about this” but seriously this is bellow par even for cheap accommodation on Gili. If you stay request to be on the top floor because it was far too noisy hearing the people walk around above you. Pool is open 24/7 and i was highly disturbed by a foursome happening at 4am in the pool. I understand gili is a party island but i worked at one of the biggest party hostels on the island and we would not have allowed that. There are places to party all night in gili that won’t disturb the guests. I also felt like the staff were a bit too friendly which is something i’ve never complained about before. nnone night i came back to my room and it was infested with flying ants all over my bed. and since there is no over night security it took me ages to find an employee to change my sheets. nnAll this place really needs is an over night security guard and insulated flooring and it would be one of the better stays in the island.

Điểm trừ: The place is extremely old! It’s an horrible smell inside, very moldy and the bathroom has the worst smell. The water was licking from the rooftop in the bathroom and barroom because of the poor conditioning. The place is runed by young kids that don’t know which end is up nThe room was not very clean. They offer the fruits in the morning, they were not very fresh I got a stomachache nThe place need a good management, good deep cleaning and a little remodeling!

Điểm trừ: we booked this place with friends, we had two rooms booked under separate bookings and when we showed up they didn’t have a room for our friends even though their room had been confirmed through booking.com weeks ago. they then gave them a room at a different property that didn’t even have a door that closed. walls are so thin can hear everything above you and next to you, two of our three nights we got zero sleep due to loud people. sheets had black hair all over them when we arrived. bathroom was very dirty there was a cockroach in it. overall did not enjoy our stay and would not come back or recommend it to any future travellers unless you can sleep through anything.

Điểm trừ: Not sure. We didn’t have any toilet paper when we arrived, but we just asked and they delivered. Wifi is a bit poor, but if you sit on your balcony it seems stronger
