Positive points: Excellent location. A few minutes walk from Hongik metro station. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Shared common area of kitchen with water station and dining table. We can store our luggage after check out.

Review: Is a good place for group of friends to stay. Bunk bed, sofa bed, double bed provided. However, there is only one washroom so need queue for bath. BTW, great excellent for ppl wanted to shop long in Hongdae.

Positive points: Everything was systematic so it was nice to check in. The place was clean. The location is amazing right in the center of everywhere.

Positive points: Location was very convenient, only a couple of short blocks outside of the Hongik University Station (AREX and Metro), and communication with the hosts was very smooth. We unfortunately did not get a chance to meet them but they were very helpful in clarifying policies + what they needed from us (as we were checking out very early the next day to catch an early flight). Messaging via booking.com was very prompt and helpful, especially in explaining the contactless checkin process, and alternate contacts (e.g. LINE and WhatsApp) were also provided in case those were more convenient. Although we didn't get a lot of time to explore Seoul / see the room, the temperature control was very good especially on a night where windchill had temperatures feeling like -12C and we have no complaints regarding the facilities.rnrnPeople who are *very* sensitive to noise and prioritize that when booking may want to be aware that your experience may depend on who is staying in other rooms - house policies obviously note that there are quiet hours, and all guests were respectful of that during our stay! (We did not hear any street noise, either.) However, it does feel like a space that was originally a home/apartment and you might hear a stray noise from other guests from time to time.

Popular salt bread is just by the entrance of the guesthouse (outlet has not much queue)nnGood to have water dispenser to refill water and make tea.nnOnly cons is bad soundproofing , if other guests are noisy in the living room it will affect your sleep.

Positive points: The place is really close to the Hongik St. And in the middle of everywhere, no worry to search for anything.

Positive points: My 3rd time staying here. Very close to Hongik Sta. Exit 3. Easy check-in and check-out. The room and guesthouse are equipped. Communication with staff is convenient via chat app.
