Đánh giá: Do not trust the picture! I booked the room with a very big discounted price from agoda. I booked one family room, the building is abandoned. There is only 1 young guy incharged doing everything . The room is broken, the wall is cracked, the pillow is moldy, the bathroom smelled, the sink leaked, the ac didn’t work, the breakfast was so disgusting. Do yourself a favor, so many good and better stay around tulamben

Đánh giá: Very disappointed with this place, advertised resturant including western meals, shuttle service, tea/coffee facilities, dive shop on site, close to beach etc etc. I booked a room for 5 people but only had 4 beds in the room. The air conditioner didn't work (however was replaced) The place is really run down and not so clean at all. They included breakfast and it was served off the front counter with the food not covered.nHow wrong were we, none of the above was present!nAs an elderly couple travelling with 3 young grandchildren we found this very difficult and inconvenient.nThere are no taxi so we had to walk approx 1km into town up & down a mountain to buy food and drink. So very hot! At our age this is NOT an option! nI booked this through Agoda.nWe booked & paid for 25 nights however after 5 nights we moved into town so it would be so much more convenient. We asked the manager for a refund of 20 nights but to no avail. The girls do not speak english so communication was nil. I have sent many emails and not one has been answered. In all my years of travelling I have never been treated like this, no repect whatsoever!nVery bad business - avoid this place and do yourself a favor and book accomodation in town.n
