Positive points: The view from this Villa is exceptional, a gorgeous outlook over rice paddies to rolling hills and mountains.rnrnThe room was very well presented with a lovely bathroom and great air conditioning

Negative points: Most of the didn't like list are beyond the control of the Villa but should be recognized if you are looking for a quiet stay.rnrnNoisy from surrounding properties and farmsrnDriveway is difficult to navigate, especially at nightrnHot water was not working when I stayed.
