Review: Clean and affordable rooms. The name of the room is a misnomer since we didnt have any view of the city. Staff were nice and accommodating. They helped with our luggages and even with navigating the city.

Positive points: After a long day of exploring, the Spa service was just what I needed. Paula helped arrange a seamless trip to Sapa, and the bellman was always friendly. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless, and the front desk team was always ready to assist.

Positive points: One of the things we always struggle with on all our trips is where to go, what to eat and what to do during our stay. When we first arrived here, the first thing we felt was the friendliness and warmth of the staff here, followed by the receptionist's guidance on places to visit, tour packages and spa services that made our stay a wonderful one.
