You had to stand in just the right area (on a piece of furniture) and aim the remote at just the right spot to get the machine to respond. rn- bathroom not being separated from the rest of the room meant that the shower room takes a long time to warm up while showering and that any toilet usage is heard/smelled in the rest of the roomrn- projector was cool but there was no suitable flat surface to project the image on. Also the projector was very laggy to usern- the breakfast was very disappointing, 3 prepackaged breads from a convenience store, 2 fruits and no drinks that were in our fridge when we checked in. though they tasted fine it was not worth 200nt, especially after we looked up photos from previous guests that showed much more elaborate breakfast that looked freshly preparedrn- electric mosquito swatter and electronic candle were not charged and we could not find their charging cables

Điểm trừ: From my initial communication (emails from booking.com and the venue) I was under the impression that I was booking the open plan room with the bathtub and the stone wall. At no point during the communication was it shown to me that I was in fact NOT booked into my desired room (I didn’t receive any pictures of the booked room in any of the emails sent to me). I was planning this trip for our 5th wedding anniversary and I wanted the trip to be special. Regrettably, when we got to the venue in the pouring rain we were disappointed to find that we were booked in one of the smaller rooms in the “backpackers” house. There is a major gap in the User Experience here, from both booking.com and the venue.

Điểm trừ: It is not possible to store bags in the house but you can leave them in a nearby cafe that the host coordinates (which is amazing by the way, you should try!) after 11 am when it opens.

Điểm trừ: It was not clean.nEverything was in Chinese, no explanations anywhere in English.nBreakfast was not good. Besides you cannot find simple things like a water boiler in the kitchen. Not user friendly.

Điểm trừ: Self check-in instructions on how to get into the apartment were clear but no instructions on how to get to the room. Name of room wasn't marked on room door.
