Review: Argry with the front desk staff nWhen we ckeck-in . He gave us the key with card together nBut the card on the key already torn with taped around the card.nWe hanging card in the room to get air-conditioned cool for three days didn't remove. nWhen we check out the staff changed us for 70.000 dong . I try to explain when we receive already torn .They said is our responsibility for damage.nWe will not back to Ba Dat Hotel again and will let friends and families award for our problem in Ba Dat Hotel.
Positive points: This hotel have concierge who help guest with luggage from curb side to lobby and to room upon check in, and from lobby for curb side when check out
Negative points: Confusion upon check in due to airlines arrival which required me to cancel the first booking and re book on different date. Upon arrival, I show the hotel reception the confirmation in English with pin code number. However, the hotel receptionist didn't have the re book confirmation, and demand to look into my email account to verify the re book. I refused, thus hotel receptionist call around and then let me check in
Review: Overall satisfaction is strong. Services are very good and location is consistent.
Positive points: Breakfast was on first floor with a nice spread, mostly Asian (Chinese Vietnamese) food but it was fulfilling. recommended the hot station that looks like a old fashion noodles stall in Cho Lon
Negative points: The king bed was two twins bed put together, which is really big, but it was not centred so there was a gap between the beds. and the bed foots also moved as it was not fixed together. Be aware of that mostly.
Review: Reasonable prices, full amenities, should stay when arriving in District 5.
Positive points: the hotel is very old, and little bit smell. but the breakfast is very good. the staff is very polite.
Negative points: the hotel so old and not bright enough in the hall way.

Positive points: I like the big room and big bed which is hard to find these days. Hotel is located in the heart of district 5 and convenient to everywhere I wanted to go. Breakfast was good.
Negative points: The AC in my room could be better (room 701). This is due to the design where AC unit was placed.
Negative points: We arrived to this hotel from the airport around 10pm, the next morning we head out early at 4am for the family funeral trip in Mekong Delta. Strangely, the bell boy and the security guard both asked us as if we checking out !?! Furthermore, the housekeeper leave the windows and curtains wide open thus hot air from the outside enter the room, when we step in the room at 10pm, the room felt like a sauna. To make the matter worst, the whole suit room only have one AC unit with the closet blocked the air flow. The mattress is hard and about 30cm above the floor
Review: Good short stay
Positive points: Fair location, good service, extra large beds can sleep 3-4 person in a king size bed. Large room. convenient walking distance to places.
Negative points: Property really need renovation, old chip off furnitures, weak water pressure for shower. Feel scary when see offering food leave at the counter near elevator.

Positive points: Breakfast is much more for local Vietnamese but it is ok. Location is good with many restaurants along the street.
Negative points: Our booking is city view but receptionist advice to have a direct call to book if we want to get city view. We could not contact to hotel by WhatsApp or telegram. Internet not stable. The outdoor unit of air con is vibrate and make some awake of the stay at night time.

Review: The recently renovated hotel is quite clean. The breakfast buffet is delicious! The room I'm in is separated from the next room by a door - with a lock (it's a remodeled room dividing), so the sound insulation is not good I can hear conversations from the next room. There is air conditioning, but it still feels warm it seems that the air conditioning is not placed in a very reasonable position.
