Having just arrived from Ho Chi Minh City, I walked into this hotel and discovered that the sole had broken off my shoe! It was late evening and I wondered where I would get help to fix it. The receptionists Vinh and Lich asked me not to worry, and Lich, the male receptionist, fixed it in 20 minutes. That was the start of one of my most wonderful experiences in Vietnam - the kindness and warm heartedness of its people. My friend works in Saudi Arabia and was carrying Saudi riyals but no currency exchange in Da Nang or Hoi An were accepting the riyals. The female receptionists Vinh and Chau understood our situation and tried to assist us to complete international bank transactions so we could be financially secure to complete our trip in Vietnam. Vinh also went ahead and booked us tours to Ba Na hills and Hoi An and told us not to worry and enjoy our trip. And she trusted us that we would arrange for the money later, which we did.
Nguyet, the housekeeping lady, was also very friendly. She helped me tie up my hair a couple of times. I also asked Lich what foodstuff I could carry home from Vietnam and he gave me some very good suggestions!
We travelled to five cities in Vietnam and the warmth and support from the staff at this hotel has given us the most lasting memories!

Review: A 15mins cab ride from airport. Close to major shopping district and beach. Easy to find food and coffee. Quiet at the moment at night, however noticed there is a kareoke bar opening soon next door. Admin staff don't really speak English. Use Google translate.
WiFi was good. Beds are very firm. Aircon worked well.

Review: New hotel and great value for the money. Staff is kind and helpful, but not good English. Nothing Google translate couldn't handle though. Relatively quiet spot too. Booked three nights, then stayed for seven.

Review: First of all, when we arrived the lady at the reception didn't speak a word of English, I had to use Google translate even to ask for water. Very hard to get along during our stay. There are constructions around the hotel, so it is noisy every morning. The quilt didn't have a cover, I asked for one, she said she doesn't have. There was NO CLEANING, during 4 nights that we stayed. I had to ask for clean towels. The bathroom doesn't have a window so it will stay wet after you take a shower for a very long time.
Good parts:
Location is 5 mins walking from the beach.
The price is very good. Approximately 10 $ per night.
The villa is new.
Wouldn't stay there again though.

Review: We had 5 nights in this hotel at December - January 2019.
Hotel's place is quiet but sea beach, many resrorunts and shops are in reach of 5 minutes walking.
This hotel is new. There is elevator in the hotel.The rooms are very clean, roomy. There are much light inside because of big windows and white walls inside. Any things in the rooms are new.
The staff are helpful and very friendly.
If we will be in Da Nang in other time we will stay here.
Были в отеле 5 ночей. Локация хорошая. В 5-ти минутах пляж. Магазин Vinmart тоже рядом, в обратную сторону от пляжа. Рекомендую пройти по правой параллельной главной улице (если смотреть от пляжа), там местный рынок, великолепные утки на гриле по цене 200 к, что вдвое дешевле чем в ресторанах на главной улице. Отель свежий. Всё новое, но без роскоши. В номерах с кроватью king-size окна "в пол", это удачное решение. Уборка, смена полотенец и т.д. не навязчивая (по запросу :-)). В целом, stuff halpful and friendly.
