Đánh giá: i went to this hotel for business trip but also brought my a-year-old boy with me. everything great with a lot of facilities. there is a playground for kids and my boy really loved it.
Điểm cộng: Excellent place!rnIt near the mall, that's why I chose it in the first place, I didn't expect much from this, because almost all the photos I saw in the booking always looked perfect, but actually it's not really nice in the real life, but NOT for ATRIA!rnI like it! It really is great! I love it here and I wish my stay would be longer, but since I traveled for work, nothing much I could do. But hopefully, someday, I can travel solo and do more exploration there.rnrnThe staff are SUPER NICE and SUPER HELPFUL! Full of smiles and brighten my day!rnThe food is great! But I hope there will be more authentic Indonesian food such as lontong, gado-gado, pempek, otak-otak, etc, the breakfast is great, but too fancy for me. I wish for more Indonesian street food in the future.rnMy room is so nice, I wish it's my own room for ever.
Điểm trừ: My room is so nice, but I dislike how noisy it can be. I can hear those st*p*d modified motors roaring like their owner's empty head. I wish the government would do something about it, but Indonesian policemen never do anything about it and it becomes like culture for st*p*d. rnAnd I hope there's bigger table for me to do my work. rnI also wish there's Kompas TV for the channel, maybe there is? But I couldn't find itrnEverything is great in Atria, except for the noise and the gym, it's a bit too small and it doesn't look anything like the photo
Đánh giá: Didn’t really feel like 4 stars hotel.nCheck-in time was at 2pm. We came and checked in at 3pm, but the room was just about to be cleaned. Receptionist seemed understaffed and overwhelmed. Not as friendly and smiley as other hotel receptionist.nnNot many food selection in breakfast area. Running out of plates. And some plates were still dirty. Although they do act fast if we ask for something.nnChildren playground was very small and only kept kid entertained for 10 minutes.nnOverall, it was okay and worth the price.

Điểm cộng: The building, the room, the bed and pillows, all very kind and funny staff. Every where was clean and bright
Điểm trừ: I didn’t like the towels, fortunately I always bring my own towels with me everytime I’m traveling.rnI wish the towels could be whiter, cleaner and softer. I found the new towel was looked dirty and had stain.
Đánh giá: The swimming pool is DAMN obvious never do any maintenance! Can see the water is also decreasing! What kind of swimming pool that the water is lower than it supposed to be?

Điểm trừ: The variety of food that can be ordered via room service is not much. Besides that, maybe the hotel can considering to add places/rack to hang the towel inside the bathroom.

Điểm cộng: Good location, super clean, satisfying breakfast buffet. Friendly staff, especially at Breakfast buffet.
Điểm trừ: Check in time ar 14.00/2.00 pm, booking for 4 rooms only 2 rooms were ready at 2 pm. Next 2 rooms are ready at 3.05 pm by standing at check in counter. nSwimming pool outdoor, but the water were too cold.

Điểm cộng: They have a decent coffee machine in the breakfast buffet and serve real butter. They also compensated me for the unprepared room by giving me late checkout the next day. The water pressure in the shower is good.
Điểm trừ: The room was unprepared until almost 3.30 pm. No clear explanation and compensation was given only after I asked repeatedly. Amenities were provided half-heartedly. The bed is too high, mind your children. The toilet layout is tiny. And this was a suite room that I booked. The staff seemed improperly trained, the housekeeping staff was playing around, and they were so loud this was my first time seeing an attitude like this among hotel staffs.
