Điểm cộng: Super quiet small apartment in the backyard, comfortable bad, some rooms have fans, others have air con. The included breakfast is simple but delicious (you can always buy an upgrade).

Đánh giá: Please check out the low star ratings on Google as it is consistent with our experience of this place. nnOur air-conditioning was not working in the evening at around 9.30pm while we were packing our bags and when we seeked the owners/staff for help they were visibly annoyed. The local lady first tried to help before calling the Caucasian man. nnThe first thing he did was accuse us of fiddling with the remote before he even entered the room. He kept implying that we did something to spoil the aircon and was very aggressive with us claiming that he juat serviced it and regularly services it. After he turned the aircon on and off for 5 to 10min he just turned around and told us it doesn't work offering no solutions. I suggested for another room or a standing fan. He said no other rooms were available and then gave us an old dusty standing fan. During the situation he also grabbed a kitten by its scruff and tossed it outside our room even though I mentioned that it was fine.nnThe whole experience left us uncomfortable and confused. I've never been gaslit for spoilt equipment before and usually the accommodation will just change our rooms or find a solution for us. nnBecause of how uncomfortable they made us feel we were even considering leaving the door open. Thankfully after the whole aircon ordeal we went to check out google reviews and realise that this place has had issues w robbers. That explains why the windows don't open and the local lady emphasised on locking the doors from the inside when she showed us the room. nnPlease be careful of this place. No safety and lousy service. nn

Đánh giá: Totally recommend this Homestay for visit in Lombok. The location is great and easy access to the ferry port. The owners are very attentive and the room is equipped with AC and hot water for a good refreshed stay after activities.

Đánh giá: The owner was very rude as soon as we walked in, gave us so much attitude for no reason. I spoke to some other people staying at the bungalows and they also found him rude, odd and annoying. Never been to a place with just bad customer service. Came into our room and was telling us where we should keep our stuff and did not leave the room, he was telling us in Asia we do it this way and we keep our stuff this way, so you should follow the Asian way in a very rude and aggressive tone. The wife of the owner was also so rude when serving us breakfast and even when we spoke to her for assistance she would role her eyes. They main gate was locked at 8:30pm and we were not able to leave the premises. We were told the gates will be locked after 10pm. Don’t not recommend this place. There are a lot of other places close to this place which I am sure have much nicer owners.

Đánh giá: Decided to stay a night in Bangsal to take the following morning public boat to Gili Trawangan given our flight in was late. Didn't want to waste money to take speedboat so Arnel was a good choice. It is essentially a basic simple room but nevertheless clean & the bathroom has also been upgraded so that was great. Location was ideal as it was only 10min walk to harbour. A simple breakfast was also included which was a bonus. Lastly owner was extremely friendly & helpful. nnIf there was a gripe, there wasn't any WiFi connection in our room but given the great deal we got for Arnel, I am happy to overlook that since it was only for 1nit 😄

Điểm cộng: Very near to the harbour with eateries within walking distance. The owner/host and his wife are truly lovely people! rnHad a warm conversation over breakfast and was truly a lovely moment shared ) Both are very humble, friendly and polite people!
