Đánh giá: Since it is a homestay very less facility then a hotel/resort. No intercom to call the reception or for any issue. No wardrobe for keeping clothes.

Đánh giá: Our stay at Ajuna Bungalow was very pleasant. The bungalow was quite large with an outside porch overlooking the pool. The bed was large & comfy. The staff were excellent. We dealt mainly with Komang and she is gorgeous and extremely helpful. We engaged another worker to take us on a tour of some of the sights of Penida and he was excellent for that though limited with English.
The bungalows are set back from the main road so are nice and quiet & peaceful.

Đánh giá: The first time we arrived, the impression was good because we were picked up on time at the port, but they didn't say how much we had to pay for the pick-up. they said just pay later. Well, when night came, the accommodation was completely dark, they didn't turn on the garden lights, while the only people staying in our room were our own rooms, and it was very scary. I asked the guards to turn on the lights, but they didn't. so we didn't dare leave the room until morning arrived. Apart from that, when we just entered the room, there was dirt on the blanket, we didn't know what dirt it was, we asked for it to be cleaned but only the dirt was taken. then, the mattress was dusty, the tv didn't work. then, on the day we were going home, we asked to be taken to the port by car because we were carrying 2 suitcases. but the father thought we would go by motorbike, so we said we needed to use the car. even though we had said in the morning before breakfast, our ship would leave at 9 am, and by that time it was already 8.30 am, we had to wait first because they wanted to take foreign tourists before us. A few moments later, we were taken by car, and they charged a car rental at a very expensive price, namely 100 thousand rupiah, and 150 thousand rupiah for the previous fee. and we were taken to the wrong port, when we wanted to go back to the car, the car had already left and made us panic, until finally we looked for an emergency driver around us, and we were introduced to a very expensive rate by local people for 200 thousand rupiah to the port the right one. very bad experience.

Điểm cộng: Very friendly, welcoming owner and staff. We traveled with kids and elderly people, we were very well taken care. Nice and homely environment. The property owner is very kind and even let us use their family kitchen. We had a good time and will definitely recommend.
