Đánh giá: I have returned again to my favourite hotel in Jakarta,nAll around it’s a perfect stay best location and best staff from the front desk to the management they always smiling and happy to help,,nI really enjoy working from the rooftop with my laptop and enjoying the swimming pool,nAlways sad to leave, but I will return again in a months time thank you to everyone ,

Điểm trừ: Location is horrible due to traffic . During rush hours it takes 2 hours to reach this hotel from airport. It's horrible.nAlso hotel spa is a big scam . All are hand in gloves. I complained at reception but they did not take any action. The therapist will charge you much more than the prescribed rates. You can't fight with a lady. Also if you book for 1 hour , they will finish in 30 min.

Đánh giá: keseluruhan Ok namun kami tidak beli sama sarapan sehingga nda bs mnilai menu makanannya, nnkalau bole kasih masukan ada 2 hal :n1. dari basement parkiran mobil tidak ada lift / hrs naik tanggan2. air di shower mandi kluarnya lumayan kecil

Điểm trừ: Everything.nOnce I enter the room, it smelled like it from the bathroom pipes, need to always turned on the aircon to circulate the bad smell. The bed room side has no window, so need to turned on one of the lights. But window available on the bathroom side and living room. nAttend breakfast at 7.30am with my 7 yo daughter and husband. BR for kids only cereal, pancake, bread. For me as indonesian it's, there was nasi uduk, ketan item and some dishes. But the taste so-so (the kitchen staff should improve their cooking skills). My husband and kid can not eat spicy eggs, so we asked for scramble eggs or just a simple fried eggs from the kitchen. BUT THEY SAID ALL EGGS ARE FINISHED (at 7.30am????). nnWe paid for the breakfast. But we have been treated like it's a free bf.
Đánh giá: Arion Kemang is located in the heart of Jakarta city. I had a lovely time commuting from there, as it was fairly convenient. Staff were very polite and helpful whenever there was any confusion or issues.
Điểm cộng: Good clean rooms with comfortable beds. I was upgraded to a larger room, and late checkout was given for a slight fee. Walking distance from the shopping area, restaurants and supermarket.
Điểm trừ: Breakfast was good, only very Indonesian with little western choices.
