Đánh giá: I recently visited Jakarta for a concert and experienced a last-minute change from the event organizer that left me in a difficult situation. Thankfully, a staff member from the hotel—her name might be Nabila—went above and beyond to assist me. She kindly helped me complete the necessary documents for the event, showing great professionalism and care. I’m truly grateful for her support during a stressful time. Thank you to the hotel team for such excellent service!n
