Điểm cộng: The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the view from our balcony was amazing! And it's close to the nearest beach, so it's perfect for those who dislike walking too far. The area is very quiet so we could enjoy our holiday well. A perfect place to relax. Can't wait for my next visit.

We had a room downstairs with an ocean view but requested to move rooms on our second day as the couple upstairs where moving furniture and constantly stomping around. They managed to accommodate us even though they were full
There are a few restaurants around but no good coffee shops. Breakfast was nice and even better with an ocean view

Đánh giá: Stayed here for one night and not going out anywhere, just admiring the view with my little family from our balcony. The dinner and breakfast in the room was nice, staff is very friendly and helping.

Điểm cộng: The view from our room (premium, hillside) was unparalleled. We had everything we needed. The swimming pool was very nice. The breakfast was excellent. We had lunch at their restaurant, it was delicious. The massages were great as well. Overall, we had a great stay! Try Warung Green Melon for dinner (3 min walk).

Đánh giá: I had the superior room on hillside. I thought I might be disappointed not being at their other location over the road (oceanside), but mine could not have been better. I paid very little more for my room than for the smaller ones on the property. It was so beautiful, large, mediterranean style, spotless, and large balcony with beautiful day bed as well as table. I ate all meals here as view so spectacular. Magnificent. This is NOT in Amed... 20 minute taxi drive. I was disappointed at first but came to love to relative solitude here. If that's not what you want, then car or scooter pretty essential. Road windy narrow difficult walking (cars/scooters appear out of nowhere). A few good restaurants within easy walk but the restaurant at the hotel was excellent so chose that for most all meals. Staff great. Only caution is be aware of location... relative solitude and not ready access to Amed.

Đánh giá: There are two properties called AquaTerrace, close to each other. One is next to the ocean, one is next to the road. They put us next to the road, even though the photos I booked with are from the oceanside property. It is intentionally misleading and the staff have clearly seen this many times and are seasoned at attempting to refute an obvious truth. The staff were not welcoming, careless, looked bored, like they don't want to work there at all. The only good experience we had at the place, sitting in the tiny pool at 9.15pm, we got told we had to get out because they had already turned the pump off. I've stayed in Amed several times, this was by far the most disappointing experience with a hotel there. Credit where credit is due: the room was clean and the view still nice from our room. But with so many better options available nearby this is an easy first and last time for me and my partner.

Điểm cộng: The room is good, and has a wonderful view of beautiful sea. You can also see a majestic sunrise from your terrace. The food is good and the owners and staff are really nice and helpful. The breakfast is very good and served professionally. We also ordered food for dinner and it was good!! Next time, we should book another room near the cost, where the view is even better!

Điểm cộng: Incredible views from the balcony, all meals can be brought to your room on demand. Prices are reasonable. Staff was really helpful and tried their best to provide with the best possible service. I got discount for massage as well as laundry. I would definitely come back here!
