Positive points: A very spacious property and not far from Hoi An old town. The property has 5 bedrooms and plenty of areas to relax. Ideal for large groups of around 10 people. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Fridge was well stocked with cold refreshments.

Negative points: The air conditioning is only in the bedrooms juts for information.

Review: The property is really special and the pictures don't do it justice. It's close enough to old town to easily come back whenever it's too hot to walk around in old town, or if you need a break from the shopping. The housekeeper and the manager were both fantastic and took great care of us.

Review: Anicca Villa is the perfect home away from home and made even better with the excellent service and care from Helena and Ms Luong. We had a very comfortable stay - enjoying the alfresco dining during family breakfast and dinners, our 2 kids were provided comfy cots during their stay. The rooms are very good sized and the living area was very inviting especially with the availability of Netflix and a whole range of english TV channels. Thank you so much for the lovely stay!
