Positive points: All amazing !!
Positive points: I liked that the hotel was located right next to a train station which was very convenient, a great fitness centre.
Negative points: Very expensive.
Review: This is our second time to stay in Andaz Seoul. We feel like home everytime we're back, especially staff are friendly, and location is just perfect. We will definitely be back next time.
Positive points: It’s clean and very colorful which doesn’t feel gloomy
Negative points: 1. Very poor ventilation in the dinning area. You smell like food afterwards. n2. The staffs don’t really think in customer’s shoes when serving. They keep bringing out food without utensils and i had to wait some time to get the staff’s attention in order to receive it. I am allergic to peanuts and walnuts so i asked about what’s in the dessert. The staff couldn’t answer and had to go ask the chef without confirming what the ingredients are, so he had to go back and ask the chef again. He said it’s not made out of nuts, but he later said it’s almonds… n3. Room service, the rep knew I was the only guest in the hotel room, but he kept repeating what I said prior to getting to the point. It took 1 minute for him to repeat what I said and I just wanted to order my food. nnIt was quite frustrating to get this type of service when they are supposed to be a high end reputable place. I wasn’t feeling great which is why I went to a hotel and it made it very annoying to stay there with poor service like this. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re looking for exceptional service.

Negative points: I messaged when I made the booking to make sure a request is made for an extra bed for my 12 year old. They didn’t inform me earlier that it wasn’t possible. I have stayed in this property before and I was happy. Not sure what happened. The least they can do is inform us it will not be available.
Review: Several ants could be found but generally rooms are clean. However i would expect more for the price that I’ve paid.

Review: Check in was poor, standing in front of the front desk a good 3mins and staffs were all “busy” looking elsewhere, didn’t felt welcoming at all. Had to actually ask Could you help me to check in please? Before someone attend to us. nNot sure if it were a language barrier, but over all the front desk staff English is unwelcoming and borderline rude… Not the kind of hospitality, I would expect from a five star hotel. nThe bellboy may have less English but at least he shows more Enthusiasm.nRoom were as advertised, but the room design is slight titled so the tv to bed is not quite a straight line, the in room AI genie is cool when it work, but it does usually take a few times… nMostly clean, but found old stains on the duvet cover…. nnDefinitely not going back. nn
Positive points: Well curated and stylish. Subway line 3 Entrance is right outside the front door. Will stay again.
Review: Love the ambiance in their restaurant and the Lobby . My stay was an absolute delight . Well rested especially on my first night . Kind considerate staff. The second night the noise from outside my window is so loud , I didn't sleep well but then maybe it was also Full Moon ? Housekeeping staff is always smiling. Front desk staff are super accommodating to all my needs. Room service is on time and did a good job . Everyone was just so warm and hospitable . Hope to comeback !

Negative points: the food this time was cold and mediocre. I had the continental breakfast last time I was here and it was significantly better. One night used to be around $400 but this time it was $600+

Positive points: The space is nicely decorated and furnished, with lovely staff members. The best part about it is that the station is literally next to us and a double bonus is that blue bottle is also next to us. Worth it.
