Đánh giá: I went for ananti at gangnam expecting a high end class hotel, but i think it is not worth the money. When I stayed there, spa, sauna, n gym facilities were under maintenance. Also it used to have free private car transfers within 3km from hotel, but it is ended in Nov 2024. Besides that, this hotel only allow check in at 3pm, early checked in needed to pay extra money unlike any other luxury hotels. No tv in the roomp
Điểm cộng: Loved the reception team. They were incredibly hospitable and made my stay very comfortable.rnrnThe location was great because I could get around too many places within Seoul with a direct access from this hotel
Điểm trừ: It was warm in Seoul and the room did not cool in comparison to other hotelsrnrnThe host at the main restaurant were not accommodating at all. Even though there was 30 minutes left in breakfast, they would not see me. This happened multiple times.rnrnThis hotel was advertised to have a reformer machine. I specifically chose this hotel because I wanted to do Pilates in the morning. However, once I got there, I was told I couldn’t use it because that belonged to a Jim. Nowhere does it state that within booking.com.. as you can imagine this was incredibly disappointing and pretty frustrating when I had a routine set for myself for my vacation
Đánh giá: We were blown away by the beautiful aesthetics of this place. We booked a cabin room and it was really nice to stay in. Do take note there is no TV. We like the restaurants as well. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool closes really early.

Điểm trừ: The staff was very weak in communication, the property is also not active on booking. I tried to change my booking dates to shorten my stay, they did not allow me (I started trying since 3 weeks before my trip). I texted them on booking, no reply. I tried to email, not reply either. I let them know at the property, they told me when I asked it's not possible since it's already passed the refund period - which is fine. When I checked out, I said I wanted to check out and they told me again, I think the receptionist understood as me asking again (the same one) - and then she said it's too late now to refund because it's pass regular check out time? so what is the real reason they cannot refund me? is it because it's passed check out time or it's passed the refund period????? very strange communication, not listening to the customers and their needs. They need to improve on the communication both online and on-site ASAP. Cannot believe staff at a hotel in the middle of Gangnam cannot speak English fluently, or at least to the level of basic communication in Hospitality standard.rnAlso, dirty outside window, my view looked so bad even tho I stayed at the top floor.

Điểm cộng: The room was very spacious, very well decorated, very comfortable bedding, quiet, nice bathroom.rnrnThe amenities were great and enough for a good stay.rnrnThe coffee shop (Becket) was providing really high quality food and beverages. The service was great.rnrnThe cleaning process was done daily and very consistently.

Đánh giá: But, it lack places where to keep things so the hotel room becasme so messy. In the restroom, there's no 2nd layer table for you to put your things. The telephone is placed only un the 2nd floor. Othe than those issues, all is ok
Điểm cộng: The property’s aesthetic, interior (rooms and common areas) and the garden are all lovely awesome. Place is clean and cleaned up regularly. Location is okay.
Điểm trừ: We stayed from Apr 2 to 7 and the weather is freezing cold like up to 2 degrees. Our room was loft-type and in the room we could feel the heat even when we thought that the a/c was on. On the 3rd day, we complained about the a/c. We found out that from the housekeeping that the a/c had not been working and it would take 2 weeks to have it worked. When we raised the issue to the Reception, they said that they don’t usually turn the a/c on during those weather for some reason. My point is they should have informed us upon check-in or even upon booking. We paid for an air conditioned room and we would be given an electric fan on our 3rd night since we complained. Electric fan in a pricey hotel?nnToothpastes are for sale. No provided free toothbrush unlike in other hotels (even cheaper than them). Bath gel is provided in a sachet. A sachet is not even good enough for even half of your body.😞nnCoffee ☕️ is provided while creamer provided in 2 sachets per day. We are occupying a room for pax.nnHotel service is up to 10pm. nnNot worth it.😞

Điểm trừ: The AC was not cooling , only heating. And it was very warm and humid. I opened the window but it still was hot, and the noise from the street disturbed my sleep. I wouldnt come again because i couldnt sleep well. Also the shower door is tricky, its hard to pull it open when leaving the shower, it should be push to leave to avoid accidents. There is no tv in the room, and the phone is on the 2nd floor. I had to go up every time.

Đánh giá: I love the unique room design and it offers great soundproofing from the bathroom to the sleeping area however, given that we stayed right before spring, the hotel does not allow guests to adjust their temperature and we were roasting while sleeping. All they would offer us was an extra portable fan. They had the ability to turn on the AC, but they would not even though we complained about it almost daily. What was worse is that the air quality was so terrible yet that was the only way we could cool the room down was to open the patio door. In addition, no TV, which isn’t a big deal to me, but it was to the rest of my family members. If you use the indoor pool, you will be a little surprised that there is no bathroom/changing area to use without paying for sauna access.

So much space. Bath tub!!! Heated toilet seat. Nice amenities in the room like bath salts and lotion. Very good value for price
Điểm trừ: Charging for check in an hour early feels very cheap for now nice of a hotel this is. Same with charging for sauna. A little bit of a walk to the core parts of Gangnam but not too bad.

Điểm cộng: This place is fantastic! The accommodations are top-notch and comfortable. As most will note, these rooms do not have a television, but honestly, there is so much to experience that I don't see why anyone would want to stay in a room all day watching TV. The food in the restaurant was top quality the indoor pool was serene and beautiful. As a black woman traveling in Korea, I found the staff extremely friendly and helpful to all my needs.
Điểm trừ: I took a point off because the beds were a little too short and challenging to get out of, and the railing leading upstairs was loose. Also, I would have liked more control of the room's temperature, as there were only preset options. I traveled in December, so it was colder in the room than I would have liked.
