Positive points: The bed was a typical Vietnamese mattress, firm and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy.

Negative points: The room is suitable if you have only a little luggage. Steep stair access to the room making it difficult to bring your stuff up.

Positive points: Very cosy homestay run by a sweet old couple. It's about 10 mins from all main attractions, but in a very quiet location which was a bonus! Beautifully decorated with a warm vibe.

Negative points: The bathroom could have been cleaner & toiletries weren't provided, as stated. Apart from this, we had a wonderful stay!

Review: The room is really great, the owner and the grandparents are very friendly. The home is in an alley, so at first, it felt a bit apprehensive, but it was still easy to find. I read that there are stairs to the 4th and 5th floors and shared bathrooms, which was a bit concerning, but luckily I booked a room on the 2nd floor and it was really good. The room is clean and well-equipped, with a large bed, air conditioning, fan, refrigerator, and clothes rack, plus there is a private bathroom in the room that is also very clean. I will be given the front gate key, so there's no worry about curfews, and downstairs, the grandparents run a grocery store, so it's very convenient to buy anything if needed. I rate it 9/10.
