Review: Convenient location, close to good eating places. The hotel is clean, and the owner is friendly. I was allowed to check in early and was upgraded to a larger room for free.

Positive points: Room was spacious, looks like the pictures, and it was located in a quite area. The employee managing the reception is friendly and provide me good options for the 2 days and 1 night tour in Halong Bay.

Review: I booked a room but didn't notice it had 2 single beds, so when I checked in, the hotel owner proactively pushed the two beds together for me. It's very spacious 😂.
The room is on the 4th floor, has all the amenities, is roomy, with a large window and a street view.
The hotel owner is really nice, supporting me with places to go, eat, and buy gifts 😂.
They are very enthusiastic. The soundproofing is not very good, but everything else is fine. I stayed for 3 nights and it cost me a little over 1.6 million.

Review: First of all, I have to talk about the owner, wow, 10 out of 10, 10 out of 10, friendly, approachable, and handsome. That day, our group had some issues on the road, and he was worried and called to check on us. Absolutely amazing. The hotel is comfortable, clean, close to Sun World, restaurants, Don Chicken, Lotteria, and an awesome karaoke place. I sang until 3 AM and got to stay for free until 5 AM. As a bonus, the people in Ha Long are surprisingly nice, everyone wished our group a great day, so sweet.

Review: Room and bathroom were big and clean. Hotel staff friendly. Pretty large place. The bed was probably the hardest we’ve stayed in in SE Asia. Big hotel being built next door and construction started between 5:30/5:45, not the wake-up we were expecting. Not this hotels fault but something to be aware of.

Positive points: Khách sạn sạch, đẹp, mình đi gia đình thuê phòng 2 giường lớn rộng rãi, thoải mái, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Quan trọng là rất gần bãi biển, gần quán ăn sáng lẫn ăn trưa, tối. Gần chợ và khu mua đồ hải sản, đồ làm quà lắm. Anh chủ thân thiện và rất nhiệt tình, có quầy nước phục vụ tận phòng quá ưng.
