Điểm cộng: Everything. It's quite and has everything with a good location. We stayed for 4 nights nd had a really good sleep. Staff and the owner were extremely attentive and nice!

Đánh giá: Comfy wooden separated houses with kitchen and seating area. Feels personal and cozy, kitchen filled with cooking tools (stove, rice cooker, etc.). AC working properly, water heater is quick, some hotel needs to wait for minutes for hot water but here it's instant hot water! Smart TV included too! all with a really low price, just perfect. nnA little note, when you're checking in you have to contact the whatsapp number attached in the area, and the owner is really responsive. Staff is also nice. nnWould highly recommend this place to anyone asking for a good stay in Gianyar. Not really far from main road. And there are plenty of food shops and other stores, you don't have to worry to find your needs. nnOverall it's really really great!

Đánh giá: I usually do not leave bad reviews and I am very compassionate about my reviews. But I reached out to the owner first about my concern about being displeased with her property and she proceeded to dismiss things as if I wasn’t speaking truth. When I first arrived at the hotel it was the day before Nyepi so I had to stay there because all the other hotels had stopped booking. When I arrived I was not surprised the staff was not available because it was a holiday. So I self checked in when I arrived to my room it was plastic on the bed which made me feel comfortable then I removed the plastic and experienced an ant and spider on the pillow. I am a nice person so I let it slide. Then I enter the bathroom and it reaks of moths balls so I turn on the fan to clear the air. The hotel is old and I expect and was just looking for quiet so it had to do. I humbled myself and continued the stay.nOn day two I had no choice but to extend cause it was the day of silence and I was looking for a quiet place to write because I am an author. Around the evening time when I needed to use the restroom. I enter into the kitchen area and proceeded to open the bathroom door only to find a large green lizard/ snake on the knob and the tail immediately rushed into the bathroom as I opened the door. Now I am paranoid and terrified and rush back into my room to close and lock the door. I didn’t get much rest and relaxing in the relaxing day supposedly because my nerves are shot out the roof. Every time I hear a sound I’m nervous and it a day of darkness!!!!! nWhen I can finally leave I left the hotel at 6am the next morning as soon as I could. The part that gets me is when I reached out to the owner and ask for a full refund her response lack empathy. She proceeds to tell me “that room is booked everyday and no one has ever reported a lizard. I have no proof or pictures and if it was such an emergency then I should have reached out to the other tenants for help” ON Nyepi DAY disturb the other tenants because your facility lacks safety. At this point my niceness goes out the window and I am now moving in truth where I wanted to warn other people about this property. The open kitchen was filthy and trash overloaded but I guess that was due to workers being off. I am not pleased with how my day of meditation was ruined and my truth was pushed down as an accusation and not felt with compassion. This was my first Nyepi and I regret I spent it here
