Sayang Sanur Terrace House

Đánh giá: This is fairly priced, the bathroom drains were smelly, the linen is old and the towels were dreadful. When we first arrived we couldnt swim in the pool because they let it go green, so it took 3 days for them to get it right, which was frustrating. Overall is a nice apartment with kitchen, full sized fridge and lounge and bedroom. The washing machine is also a bonus, and the pool is hugh.

Đánh giá: love stayig here. could do with some maintence. i got single bed sheet given for queen size bed. nothing unusual..this happens often here.could not use pool as very dirty. next day. chemicals were put in and turned a bright blue.

Đánh giá: The room i got, the wifi wouldnt work, told staff many times, the air conditioner wasnt good., the people above me woke me early, I asked few times to be moved, as i was there not to be woken by noisy people above me,, the last night before they moved me finally, the above people woke me up at 12 am till 3am, i wasnt happy, then woke me up again at 6am.. i ask many times to be moved, i was so tired by the end of my trip.. i am actually re thinking about not staying here again..I have stayed here many many times... My last ngiht, they moved me. finally... I dont like how the one certain person at this place talks to the staff so rudely.. esp infront of guests,. dont worry about tree trimming worry about the rooms that need work, and clean out your air conditioner vents, this hotel has lots of potential, if cared for, Its a quite hotel with 20 units/villas, only ever seem 8 people in there at once, one night i had no air conditioner, it was a horrible night so humid, no wifi, and a broken washing machine tap, that flooded my room The staff here can only do so much under the circumstances.. maybe fix the pool lights before some one breaks their leg

Đánh giá: I stay many times, sadly the rooms need work to be done on most of them, pot luck if you get a good one,, the pool lights dont work, which make it hard to see at night to step down the steps into the pool.. love the staff, here, they are helpful n friendly

Điểm cộng: The room was everything you needed, clean and comfortable.nWe even had our own koi fish pond that we could feed.nnThe pool area was fantastic, we spent a lot of time relaxing around it.nThe resort had a long driveway so not close to the road, you couldn't hear the noise from the road at all.nnThe location was great, everything was within walking distance and there was a lane way across the road that took you to the beach.nClose to lots of shops and restaurants and there was a supermarket 5 minute walk away.nnBreakfast was amazing and food was a great price, we didn't have to go looking for somewhere else to eat.nnStaff were always very helpful, friendly and happy.nnOverall a great place to stay, this was our first time to Bali.nWe will definitely stay here again

Đánh giá: This place could be a great place, just needs some maintenance and a good clean. It was very dusty and the toilet had pee all over the seat, they need to get sheets that fit the bed also.

Điểm cộng: They supplied,washing power, Toilet paper, filtered water, dish wash, swimming towels, fly spray, mozzie stuff & mozzie coils. The unit was serviced each day. Was not expecting this. Staff very helpful and easy to communicate with. We will return.

Điểm cộng: I loved the location as right on the main street of Sanur and an 8min walk to the beach. Close to the action, plenty of restaurants around. The property is lovely from the minute you walk down the walkway. It's quiet as off the street a little and bamboo walkways to the apartments are abundant and cooling. Walking into the apartment, mine was 101, is a large front courtyard then walking into the kitchen dining room. Loved that there was a water dispenser in the kitchen. Full kitchen offered then walk through to the large bedroom and out through double glass doors to the back patio that is very private, ish. Shower is over the bath which thankfully was not slippery. Shower hot and strong. The apartment had a washing machine and enough hanging space for a load, plus washing powder supplied. The bed was very comfortable and easy to have a lay in. Walk out of your apartment along the bamboo cover and head to the pool. Great to sit around and chat to people. Had the breakfast two mornings and comparable to breakfasts out on the street. I loved the space and would definitely stay here again. Just a lovely peaceful space.

Đánh giá: Lovely quite hotel, the staff are lovely and willing to help in anyway.. see my other review for details of the room, The photos on this site are very out of date.. They could do with some new pillows, thats about the only downfall.

Điểm cộng: Loved all the room and resort facilities. Terrace House has everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. All products updated daily and rooms cleaned to perfection. Size of room, really an apartment, was huge and included a separate dining/lounge area, kitchen and even had a washing machine in the large bathroom! Staff were very friendly, attentive to any and all requests and were very professional. The largest pool I've ever experienced in such a boutique accommodation in Bali and the price is outstanding for what you get at the Sayang Sanur Terrace House. Great central location within close walking distance to restaurants, convenience shops and beach. Entry down a lovely bamboo covered driveway away from any noise from the main road and also had an exit via the back of resort to the quiet backstreets. Stayed for 14 nights and could happily have stayed for much longer.

Đánh giá: I love this this place,, i came back twice this trip to stay,, The staff are lovely, The pool is quite, great for relaxing, The room consists of lounge room,TV, desk lounge, table n chairs. Bathroom including a big bathtub, washing machine, vanity toilet and a big cupboard,, The bedroom, had a bed, cupboard, a dressing table, chair and table I had the deluxe lower ground 106, , short walk tot he main street, prob 2 minutes up the driveway, The unit also has a courtyard with a pond with fish..

Đánh giá: Great location, fantastic pool, has lots of potential.nUnfortunately grubby rooms.nCould do with a thorough clean, particularly the bathroom and the bed linen .Electrical cord with taped up end in pool at little disconcerting ,staff easily confused though smiling and happy .nBut if you can overlook the dead cockroach or two ,cigarette holes in sheets and towel rail that falls off kind of events ,Sayang Sanur is really a gem for the price and often hardly anyone staying .You will have the fabulous pool to yourself and it is super quiet down the dead end lane .n
