Review: The place is Simple.
Positive points: Good value for price. The location was great with many restaurants, 7-11, and bus stops nearby. The room was small but cozy, and the heated mattress cover was nice in the winter weather. The room had a fridge and a kettle which was convenient. I had to ask for the door code before check in, but I got a timely reply. I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor - beware there is no elevator so you need to bring up your own luggage, as there is no staff on site.
Negative points: The staff were not always responsive. Not clean - I found a hair on the bed and the toilet had urine all over the seat, so I had to clean the room myself. It is in a noisy neighbourhood with bars next door, so you cannot leave the window open for sunlight in the morning when you go to sleep.

Review: We had a great time staying at the hotel. It is a very private space and the instructions for entering the room were absolutely clear. I would recommend 🙌🏼
Positive points: The location is good. It is actually close to the subway and a lot of things. However that's literally the only good thing. I might consider stay there in case of an emergency for one night.
Negative points: The owner said he would give me a Starbucks coupon if I gave him a 10. This Korean culture thing about buying good reviews with coupons and stuff is the cancer of Korean websites, I hope it doesn't spread to Booking. nPlace was dirty when we arrived, there was hair on the walls and the toilet was wet and had a strong bleach smell. nIf you have big luggage, do not book, the subway exit with the elevator is actually far the accommodation and there is no elevator in the the Motel. Because, it is a Motel and definitely not a hotel. nDo not get fooled by the cute decoration, it's just a way to hide the huge lack of hygiene. They want you to sort the trash, but they don't give plastic bags for your room trash cans.
Review: Very disappointed. nMy room was outside the building, on top of the roof of another house. The heating system did not work so I was freezing the whole night, and it's a motel, not a hotel. If you don't care where you stay, this place may be for you, but if you care a little bit, don't go here.
Positive points: the room is incredible, so cute and petite, felt like Alice in Wonderland
Negative points: a little dirty and all the things are fakes, I advise you to take your own cups and your own cosmetic accessories

Positive points: -Location is very good, close to two subway stations and bus station.n- Stores just across the hotel and around you have a lot of restaurants.n- Washing machine, dryer and small kitchen is available 24/7.n- Owner answer very fast the chat and is always available to helpn- Kettle and small refrigerator available in the room
Negative points: - No ventilation in the toilet so it was stinking a bit.n- You need to take care of your trashn- No wardrobe, just tome small shelves
Positive points: The location was the only thing that I really liked about this place. Nearby there are some great restaurants and the nearest subway station is not too far of a walk.
Negative points: After booking, I was sent this message: Your room number and password will be sent to you before 4pm followed by my check-in date.rnrnI arrived in the evening and checked my booking.com app. That room number and password were not sent to me. I messaged the host and did not receive a response. I went to the restaurant next door and talked to the staff via Google Translate, and they kindly called the host for me. Had I arrived later in the night when that restaurant was closed or the host was asleep, I would have been stuck outside in the cold. I was terribly nervous.
Review: Walls are thin (can be very noisy, depending on your neighbor), and the bathroom smelled.
Positive points: The location is noisy to me. People around this areas were still taking at 3AM in the morning.
Negative points: Too old and no elevator
Positive points: The location was great! Right next to a coffee shop (Mega Coffee) and a 5 minute walk from the subway.
